I absolutely loved their collection of locally made items, including candles, teas, kitchen necessities, unique decor pieces, jewelry, and clothing. This is the perfect spot if you're on the hunt for a gift or even a souvenir for yourself. I specifically loved that they had items from the brand 'Ski Like a Girl.' It's not Costco but it's enough to get the essentials. The store it's self was established in 1864 and serviced the prospectors during the great gold strike of Alder Gulch. The people are friendly and know a bit of the towns history as well. I stop and shop there on my yearly journey to this area and love the feel of the place. Like traveling back in time.
