They failed to identify a large issue with bee infestation inside the structure of the property that has cost me over 700 dollars and counting to repair. Their initial inspection indicated that there was obvious / evident wood rot damage noted and no further evaluation of the structure or cause of the wood rotting. The amount of honey combs found and hundred of bees that had to be removed professionally by an expert who had to break into the wood even more than tape it down until it is properly repaired. Very disappointing.
