The staff here are great. However, I specifically asked for solid gold earrings. The website says…read morethat the gold jewelry is solid gold. The technician put in the earrings, so I never actually held them or saw them. After five days my ears started itching and feeling ugly. When I took out the two earrings, I found that the backs (and the part that actually goes into your ear) are titanium to which I have a sensitivity. $500 for two small earrings and they won't give me a refund or give me the gold backs I asked for. Sadly, this is dishonest from an otherwise great place and I can't recommend them.

I was a walk in, explained my situation and was helped right away. Allyx evaluated what size I needed, installed it and gave a nice secure plastic container to store my removed piece in. Even though it was clear I would probably not need future services, as I travel the country full-time, Allyx was very attentive and kind. If I'm ever back in Bismarck and get the urge to get pierced, I will definitely schedule with Allyx. No wonder they were thrilled to have her return! Go check them out. I searched high and low to make sure, this time, I'd get my tattoo done right. Went to 3 different tattoo shops including Dolls and decided...Dolls it is. Why? Well, I asked for Devin because I saw some of his work on Facebook. He took one look at my ugly tattoo and said with confidence "yeah I can figure something out". I wanted water color and long story short he did an amazing cover up. THEN, I went to Sampson 10 months later to add onto the water color and goooooood lord my arm is like Disneyland world of color. Needless to say, friendly staff and amazing artists and CLEAN.

I went in for a double tragus piercing, and was given advice and recommendations on how to go about it. I ended up getting exactly what I wanted in a very quick, pretty comfortable manner. Ashley was nice and very professional. The piercing service itself was a little more costly than I thought it would be but I was happy to pay the price. Its been over a week and my piercing feels good. I have had zero problems. I've visited two other shops before, but I think that I will take my business here for my future services. Update: Decided to go back because ai was itching for a new piercing that I've been wanting to get. Always as a walk in, but never treated like I'm in the way or should have made an appointment. Got my Tragus piercing looked at after getting a shopping basket caught on it at work. One of the two piercing holes in the double Tragus ended up getting healed over and She had to pop it back through. Would I trust another artist to tend to my piercings? No. Ashley seems like she knows what she's doing and wants your piercings to look the best. This time I went in for a Vertical Labret. Best decision ever. We stumbled a bit on the placement but we had other ladies come in for second views and opinions. I wasn't treated poorly after pointing out that I didn't thing something was very straight or in line with my face (which I have had happen before). I definitely recommend going here!
