Then, when I mentioned going there to a friend she told me he came in to do some special after hours dental work for her son after he was in an accident. My first appointment for a cleaning and X-rays went off without a hitch. The staff were friendly- they're all really personable people. Also, they still give out toothbrush kits (something my last dentist stopped). I did need to go back for some additional dental work. I was called before the appointment and told they were running behind and the appointment would be late. When I got there it was still a bit later than they projected. I was a bit annoyed, but appreciated that the lady at the front desk apologized AND Dr. Ware apologized when I got to the back and explained that it had just been a crazy day. Doctors don't usually do that, so I was just happy that they acknowledged it and apologized. When he came back to do the actual work, he let me know that he'd be discounting it for the inconvenience. NEVER IN MY LIFE have I had a doctor do that. Super classy move on Dr. Ware's part. I'll most certainly be back and recommend them to others.

I didn't want I do that and I ended up having 3 more kids as well. So as a mom you just put things off. When I went off my consult I didn't know if I'd actually follow through. I just don't like going to the Dr and especially new ones. I'm 37 years old. Dr. May comes into the room so friendly and just puts you to ease. What an amazing doctor!! So finally had it removed today. As I walked into the room and sat down I thought to myself why am I having this done. I should have just left it. Well, the nurse helping me was so very kind and nice, she put me at ease. She had dark hair and has two daughters. I wish I had of gotte her name. They talked to me while I was being put to sleep. Dr may and the nurses are so kind. I love his personality, he puts you at ease.
