As a disabled person with a credit score over 800, and impeccable references, they did not even consider my application because I am on Section 8. And, until I pressed them for answers they just tried to use avoidance and no communication as a way to get rid of me. I was told, and I quote, "this is not a unit we would put a Section 8 tenant into." (That is call discrimination) They kept telling me my income needed to be three times the rent when that has absolutely NOTHING to do how Section 8 works. Glad to not be stuck dealing with such ignorant and discriminatory people.
