They provided a 20 day notice stating…read morethat if the rent was paid on the first of the month it "automatically" places you in a different, annual lease. Initial lease had verbiage of "default" lease that was month-to-month, unless otherwise agreed upon terms were made known 30 days prior. If you pay your rent on the first of the month (legally binding lease wasn't up until the 5th), it "automatically" places you in a new annual lease. Very unethical, morally wrong to do to anyone, especially a college student or single parent. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM and do not purchase property from the realtors that own this company either.
