How can you send me two separate emails from two separate email addresses and not let me know. People receive spam all the time. If you don't recognize you don't open. So because of all of this I can't recieve the help that I desperately need today. I was told I had to reschedule and I'm not talking about just a day or two. I don't think that's fair. It's not my fault. The paper could've been filled in 5 minutes which I offered to do and Hillary said no. How can you say no when you the one didn't do your job properly. Harris Failed to see me on a "Scheduled" appointment and I waited for over 45-60 minutes and it causes me a lot of stress, time and issues since I am also Diabetic. Harris has done this to other patients. Harris' communication skills were severely lacking and now I doubt she is "qualified". There were mistakes, but CANCELING an appointment without proper procedures is a violation and Medical insurance/Medicare will have problems.(Highly unusual) Either way, I am happy I found another doctor as I am getting the proper treatments in the form of a daily "Gel" and NOT a shot once a week which dissipates after 3 days. It seems there were NO Males at this "Clinic" at all and I made note of that. I informed her that my appointment was critical, that they set up the appointment, and that another doctor had said it was critical i see them today, and Kiki's response after checking with someone,was i'm sorry, we can only see you Monday (5 days later). I cannot stress how much I do NOT suggest this doctor. Even when I told them that another physician had said it was critical I get in that day, I was told sorry we want to leave early you have to wait 5 days. This doctor's office should have know they were closing early, and if they would have let me know earlier, i could have switched physicians... but due to their inability to run an office and their apparent lack of compassion for patients I've been left out in the cold (no pun intended) Please consider experience here when considering Jillion to be your doctor. Me and my family will definitely be switching PCPs.
