I visited Benchmark following shoulder replacement surgery. Very pleasant staff and great location. Having had several orthopedic surgeries over the years, I've been to many physical therapists in Atlanta, St. Simons and Brunswick. This was far and away the best rehab experience. I'd happily give Allie ten stars if it were possible. She was (is) a wonderful, dedicated therapist who was continually amending my exercises to suit my changing needs. She really pays attention to her patients, and gave me specific strengthening excecises to do at home. I highly recommend both this location and my PT Allie. read more

Attended PT here for about 4 weeks. Sam (Samantha) was my PT the entire time. She was excellent to work with and always had a pleasant attitude each visit. The other staff was pleasant to enter act with as well. I received treatment that did help me progress with my issues and Sam provided me with assistive exercise and stretches to help me ease safely back into a gym regime. If I require PT again I would definitely attend this location again. read more

Very disappointing experience. First time I went I was with Tony. He is very good. I became excited about him helping me with my back pain. He gave me hope. Next time I went they put me with airhead Ashley. She gave me an exercise to do that I was already doing at home. It took me 45 seconds to finish, while she socialized with her back to me for 11 minutes. She finally came back & gave me another exercise to do that I was also already doing at home, again across the room with her back to me with her friend. I finished the exercise in 1 1/2 minutes & sat there for another 13 minutes waiting for her. I finally got up & left. What a waste of my time. 45 minute drive to get there & another 45 to get home. I never went back. Whoever is in charge of this place is an idiot. Now I hear of another person who had the exact same experience. They are losing customers! read more
