My point is that Cheetos was 40% more volume on the same plate fresh pico de gallo not just the can salsa everything was more and better and it actually was cheaper so to me I don't think you can do any better than that offer something cheaper and 40% better and bigger wow home run. I was super excited to come try this place because lately it's been all over my TikTok page. We got two birria burritos. It wasn't bad per se, but it was greasy and tasted like a ton of cinnamon. And the flavor lacked a little salt, however; I love the salsa bar option, my favorite is the avocado green salsa. I tried a little bit of all of it to make sure that I got the taste of everything. I also did not like the carrots and jalapenos? It tasted like fermented olives not sure why? The staff though is super friendly, and it's a cute restaurant. Overall, it's a 50/50 if I'll be back. I've come here a couple times. Once I had a bacon breakfast burrito. It was good. Not too many potatoes and a good amount of bacon and cheese. Today I had a carne asada burrito. I didn't love it. The steak was a little tough and there was a crazy amount of tomatoes. I'll give them credit the guac was actually avocado and not some thin green sauce. My biggest issue was the the overall flavor wasn't my favorite. Also it was super greasy and wet and just fell apart by the time I was halfway through. I'm to the point in my life where I'm not going to eat something if I don't love it. So I ate half the burrito and threw away the rest. Salsas were fine. Nothing mind-blowing. I like that they have a dispenser of fresh cold water so you don't have to buy a soda. With a plethora of these kind of restaurants in the valley I'm not sure I'll be back anytime soon. Man their burrito's are packing some girth! I eat a lot so for me to not finish from one end to the other saids a lot.... I have tried their bacon breakfast burrito and let me say they actually pack it well balanced with carbs and protein. Also their salsa bar is incredible. A must-try if you love a bomb breakfast burrito! Came across Benchitos on grubhub . Being a sunday and not really wanting to cook I knew I wanted a delish Burrito. I normally get a Crazy burrito from a Utah chain restaurant but when it comes to trying other items aside of that item Ive always been disappointed. I was so excited when I saw Benchitos not only had their own Crazy burrito ... but they had Machaca!!! I got both and they were both so filling , a good flavor and they give plenty of salsa to accommodate the portion. The beef was cooked well , juicy , the eggs were fluffy and I didn't mind the green peppers. The Crazy burrito was equally impressive-had a nice smoky taste to it as well. This place is outstanding! The service is friendly, and the drive-through works perfectly. Inside, they have a salsa bar! The ambience is fun and lively. The mixed fajitas were absolutely delicious! The flavoring was the best flavoring I've ever had, and the rice and beans were delicious. I tried the quesabirria tacos, and they are packed with flavor! There is so much meat that it's almost falling out. They give onions, cilantro, and lime to garnish. The consome sauce is also absolutely bursting with flavor! Sooooo excited about this place. First of all, the hours are insane - open 6am-3am?! What?! Second of all, drive thru. Third of all, breakfast burritos. I ordered the egg / potato / beans / cheese breakfast burrito and almost dropped the bag when she handed it to me because it was so loaded. However, I truly think this place deserves the attention. I just moved to SLC in February and I've already been here 10 times. The staff are extremely friendly and the food is absolutely amazing. This "fast food" won't make you feel like crap because their ingredients are fresh. I recommend the surf and turf burrito, their sopes, and the nachos. Don't forget their amazing guacamole and habanero salsa. The prices are very reasonable for the amount of food they get.
