He took my money and I never hear back from him. He tells you what he's going to do but doesn't produce. I have asked several times, just trying to get documentation from him, and I get nothing. I wanted to keep this tax issue that I have local, so I hired him. In eight mounts, I have not received one piece of documentation. You can't call him. He doesn't respond to you. DON'T make my mistake. And my case is still pending with him. Frustrated and disappointed!!!!

So upon my father-in law's death I returned to Gino Peluso's office to handle the estate. I found Gino Peluso and his staff worked as quickly as they could to handle each part of the estate. They worked professionally with the heirs of the estate who had questions and issues with the speed of processing the estate. In the end everything was completed as quickly and professionally as possible and all within the state's requirements. I was very pleased with the work Gino Peluso and his staff completed. If I were to be appointed executor of another estate I would not hesitate to request Gino Peluso's services. I would recommend others to his practice.

Jeffrey is a fierce advocate for his clients who truly believes in justice as a force of healing--…read morea devotee to the ideals of family law. His smooth expertise and flexibility in court allowed a sensitive but often flustered guy like me to speak up during proceedings in a way that was deeply meaningful, personal, and cathartic. I will never forget how he cleared the way for me to offer kindness in a case that felt like it was going to force me to go against everything I believed in or how graciously he adjusted to my unexpected outburst of altruism in court. This is a lawyer who has mastered the logos of argument so well that pathos is allowed to share the stage. All of Jeffrey's emails included links to excellent resources for his clients to cultivate a healthy attitude after divorce and other changes in life. I am a more confident man moving forward thanks to working with Jeffrey-- and all for what was a very charitable price. This guy is the real deal. If it didn't mean going through more extreme personal shakeups in my life, I'd be eager to work with him again and again! I have nothing but gratitude and awe for Mr. Pollock!

I paid $50 in advance for a 30-minute consultation. However, the consultation never actually happened -- I only spoke with him briefly (about five minutes) to cancel and request a refund. No legal advice or service was provided, but Mr. Pollock refused to return my $50 despite multiple polite requests and my explaining that I am currently struggling financially. I even told him that $50 is about a week's worth of food for me. During that short call, he was dismissive and insisted that "any phone call counts as a legal consultation." He kept the call going until around the five-minute mark, then hung up abruptly to avoid issuing a refund. He also told me to "think about it," which seemed like a way to delay returning my money. Later, he even claimed that sending him an email would also count as a billable consultation -- something that felt completely unreasonable to me. After that, he said by email that he was "out of town" and would handle it later, but I never heard back from him again. I'm sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision before working with this attorney. I truly wish my first attempt to seek affordable legal help had been handled with more professionalism and empathy.
