Want to ask why there is a website that clearly says she provides free consultations? Oh, that was made by someone else... Huh? You're a lawyer, if that is fake, use the law to get it taken down. Oh, expect emails from an @aol.com account - so professional and confidence inspiring; especially as she fails to know the answers to any of your questions and wastes your time using google and Wikipedia to find your answers. Then she wastes time making phone call appointments for you that you do in a fraction of the time on your smart phone. If you decided to use her services regardless, keep in mind that Tucson courts are a good 30min drive from her office and she is pretty up front about telling you that she will charge you her regular rate of $325/hr for the drive time to and from the courts plus any time in the parking garage and waiting time to get into the court. Don't waste your time, anyone with access to the internet and half a brain has as much knowledge as this "professional". That is not to say you should represent yourself in any case, but that Bernadette Ruiz is utterly useless.
