I called to let this guy know I will bring the parts for him to do the work. He states that he is in business to sell parts and do the work. I have to have the parts shipped into my home town... I am sure that he will have to have the parts shipped in to Bancroft. My vacation time is important and I don't want to spend my vacation time waiting for parts to come in to do the work. He would't work with me so I will go somewhere else. Ken

I booked directly with the hotel 9 rooms for a group on a 3 day tour. I was quoted a rate for each…read moreroom and each room ended up paying more for the 2nd night than previously quoted. The person on the reception was rude to members of our group on the Friday of our stay. My room had excessive moisture dripping on inside of the windows during the whole 2 night stay and there was mold in the bathroom. The carpet in the room was damp during the whole stay, my socks were always wet. I requested a queen or a king when I booked and I ended up with a double bed. I will not take any of my groups to this hotel again.
