$30 for a kid come and adult come after tax and tip!!!! Am I getting old or is this getting carried away? Good iced cream treat, but man expensive! read more

Run from this place! I thought ice cream shop would not shock me but this one dis with exorbitant price they charge to their customers. A small ice cream with basic waffle cone was more than a Chipotle bowl, a whopping total of $12.56. An ice cream is meant to be enjoyed on a beautiful day without having to take a loan out. I have been so displeased with the price and audacity they had to ask for tip that I could not enjoy my ice cream after paying for it nor can I ever encourage anyone to bankrupt themselves by stepping a foot in this ice cream parlor. I cannot under consciousness recommend this place for shear price and the ice cream was not worth $12.56. If you are reading this review I encourage you to run from this place. read more

Great choices, friendly staff, clean facility, pet friendly, outdoor seating, great location and reasonably priced.

I love this Ben & Jerry's location! The staff is always so kind. The downtown location is great for an after dinner treat or a nice cool down steer visiting the Tennessee Aquarium. The brownie sundae was so good, it had my husband dancing to the music they were playing! We come here whenever we get the chance and it hasn't disappointed us yet. read more

$19 for 2 kids cups?! Complete rip off. Especially because the two girls in front of us got theirs for free for just being a friend.

Stopped into Ben & Jerry's after taking my first year students to the Tn Aquarium. The shop is a quick walk across the street from the aquarium and offers nice cool treats after spending a day of walking around. Ice cream is a bit pricey, but the scoop size is just right for the Price. Love that they had a few dairy free options that tasted amazing. My students enjoyed the opportunity to get three different flavors with the large size! There was only one staff member, Will working, but he was quick and did a great job of remembering what we ordered for pricing. read more

Yummy deliciousness every step of the way! The staff was super great even though they were dealing with a line out the door on a Saturday night. The Cherry Garcia milkshake has starred in my dreams ever since... sooooo good. read more

Ben and Jerry's is always one of my favorites, but today it was especially good after walking around downtown Chattanooga. The other thing that is great about this Ben & Jerry's is that it is across the street from the Chattanooga Aquarium. Who wouldn't want ice cream after a fun day watching fish. I love their Phish Food flavor, but decided to try something different. This time I tried the Salted Caramel Blondie. It was delicious especially in a waffle cone. read more

Great staff, great location, and of course great ice cream! We always end our trips to the aquarium or Creative Discovery Museum with a scoop or two. read more

Everything taste so good!! Nate & Reese were so friendly and helpful! Definitely a go to when in the downtown area!

Good ice cream, but it was $25 for two cones and their machine asks for a tip which made it awkward

Aquarium event was so cute and benand Jerry's staff was so kind. The ice cream was delicious and amazing service :). Very friendly and kind and patient. read more

The ice cream was great the place was clean and fun. And most importantly the staff was amazing fast line

Strawberry Cheesecake ice cream was so good! Service was quick and friendly. Store was clean

As soon as you walk in, you're immediately greeted with a kind hello. Absolutely hands-down the best ice cream place in Chattanooga. There is a wide variety of flavors and you can also get a pint of ice cream if you want to share with for a cheaper price. They also have dairy free, which is very considerable. The service was great and fast and I will be definitely coming back. read more

The ice cream was good, as was to be expected but the store itself was a little dirty. Ice cream was spilled or melted on nearly every table and most surfaces we touched, felt sticky. The service was fine nothing remarkable nor overly friendly, but you are going there for the ice cream, not the service. read more

Ice cream was delicious, small scoops though. Service was slow but there was a line and it was right before closing, so I understand!! Area was clean and I liked the music that was playing!! read more

The staff was very friendly and helpful. And the ice cream was delicious. But $19 for two single scoops? Are we serious? You must have lost your minds! I was expecting to pay $10 total, not $10 per scoop. read more

It's rare to find the Ben & Jerry's storefront these days so I was so happy to see one while in downtown Chattanooga. The place is so cute, decorated all in theme, and it was packed out on a Saturday night around 9 PM with a long line of hungry guests. Although they have a long list of flavors written on the pillar, not all of the flavors are actually in stock, and only the ones on the menu behind the desk are actually available. I got a yummy fun flavor, the lights caramel action by Ava Duvernay, with delicious gobs of cookie dough throughout. I even added a soft warm chocolate chip cookie, and and it was the perfect combination. My friend tried the milk and cookies in a cone, and was raving about it, saying it was better than Oreos themselves. The staff were so friendly. We had a little joke about people who tried lots of samples, I can imagine it's not easy to be back there all night. I really appreciate this place, thank you so much! read more

Service was quick, employees were friends, and facilities were clean. Can't complain. Always love stopping when I'm in town!

Will Skyler and Gio were amazing and so helpful and patient with our kiddos! They did a great job!

The best ice cream Cam, Skyler, Kendall and AVA are the best. The coffe ice cream is amazing

Family friendly atmosphere and a lot of flavor options. The flavor that I wanted was out, but the associate had an alternative and even offered me to try a sample. All in all it was worth it! read more

The place is filthy, no health rating posted, paid over $9 for a small scoop, received the wrong ice cream. The staff was friendly when I asked them to get the right ice cream, or I would've rated it a one star. read more

Love them company and their ice cream! They are the best! Thanks for supporting human rights and sustainability.

Friendly service, delicious ice cream, conveniently located with awesome hours of operation. This location is perfect - right next to the Tennessee Aquarium. I was served by Becca and she was outstanding! Super pleasant and helpful. I was even able to use the 10% discount provided once I checked in on Yelp. I appreciated that! The shop itself was a bit messy and could use a good scrub down and some of the signage needed some TLC but overall we had a good experience and would recommend to others. We went late on a Friday night and were happy to grab some late night ice cream. It was pretty busy and there was a line so I can imagine it's tough trying to clean both inside and outside tables when you have such a line. read more

Ice cream was delicious and up to Ben and Jerry's standards for sure. I had cherry Garcia in a waffle cone. Service was quick and friendly. Wish we had a location near me. Would definitely recommend read more

First off, kudos to Ben & Jerry's and this location for being accepting of all patrons and making their kind hearts and open minds known to all! This B & J sits about a block away from the Tennessee Aquarium, and while it is not a large place, it funnels folks in and out fairly quickly. We opted to pop in to get a few scoops and a milkshake. Love the flavor options and the nieces and nephews loved all the waffle cone varieties! The staff here were friendly and kind, even with a constant line of hungry sweet seekers. There were two associates actively helping the line with a third making waffle cones...they had a system and it seemed to work for them! The kiddos enjoyed a scoop or two with zero complaints and the adults got shakes...Cookie Cookie for me! Price was a bit steep as the shake cost $11.00...but I knew what I was getting into when we walked in the door. Overall, great Ben & Jerry's spot...happy to support them at this location and from afar...as supporting them means delish ice cream, and I cannot be made at that! read more

The entire store was dirty including the bathroom. We were there on a weekday (evening) and it was very busy so perhaps they just didn't have time to clean up inside. And I am not even going to mention the large roach that crawled across the floor as we stood in line to order. The staff was fast and friendly and kept the line moving along nicely. The ice cream was great so I am trying to keep that in mind as well. read more
