She had resided here with her mother and grandparents along with her brother Fred. The area is known as Celoron and not far from that home is the Lucille Ball memorial park. Lucy used to work at that park when it was a small amusement park by the lake. The house is painted in a bright blue but what stands out is the polka dot garage door and the lopsided barbecue in the back. The barbecue was probably inspired from one of the last "I love Lucy" episodes. Note-the residence is a private dwelling and people live here. For this reason, you are asked to be respectul of the property. More information can be found on their website which also happens to be attached to the front entry door. Definitely worth a quick photo opportunity.

I probably spent 30 minutes looking through the brochures here. They also have a bulletin board with events in the area but unfortunately it doesn't look like it gets updated . The majority of the flyers were from July and it is now October . It would have been nice to see current events and things happening in the area . They have vending machines and they even have a microwave for people to use, which is unique and very thoughtful. There is a button you can push inside if you need the police, so that helps with a feeling of safety and I did see a red and white sheriff's vehicle parked there with two deputies inside on my visit. There are lots of tables outside with chairs and a grassy area where you can take your pets. Plus the view of the water is very beautiful, especially right now with all the fall foliage.

The home is beautiful and full of antiques from all over Chautauqua county. Admission is $5 and free for students and members. I would recommended the museum tour to anyone looking to understand more about Chautauqua County and the people who have lived here over the past 3 centuries.

You can book tours to go through and see the process of how they take care of and breed them. When they have the big fish they have out quarter machines and cups so you can feed them! It's beautiful to see the big fish swarming all metallic in the sun beams. My niece and nephew are 5 and 3, they think it's the coolest thing ever. If you bring little ones it's up to you to parent them and keep them safe. There aren't gates around all the ponds. It's in a small town where parents still pay more attention to their kids than their phones. I was there yesterday and they didn't have out the vending machines. The big fish had already been sent out to restock the lakes. They still had the baby fish that swarmed near you when you walked by. That was fun to see. There is a cute gazebo and free parking. If you're in the area with some time to kill check it out and take the little walk around it. Maybe you'll learn somthing :)

This is a well run facility with the added feature of having law-enforcement officers who seem to…read moretreat inmates and visitors with appropriate respect. My clients never report being harassed by officers, and consistently advise that their privacy is not unnecessarily infringed upon beyond ordinary sound security measures. This facility has no unpleasant odors or trash frequently found at other Holding Centers. The waiting area is not particularly comfortable, but does not deviate from the norm. They get attorneys in on a priority basis which I selfishly enjoy, and their visiting rooms for Attorney client meetings are private. Their hours of operation are standard for regular visits and generous for Attorney client visits. None of my clients have ever informed me of corporal punishment being used, nor withholding of food being used as a punishment, and they do arrange for medical attention for inmates when the need warrants.
