Beluga Labs are absolute PROS at web design! This is my second custom website Aleks and his team built for me, they have been super creative, they've met my deadlines, and they are very very fair. If you can imagine it in the website world, they can create it. I'm forever thankful, and I will never use anyone else for my website work! Thank you, thank you, thank you!! read more

Aleks and Beluga Labs are absolutely a fenomenal team to work with. We've hired several web developers over the years but by far these guys go above and beyond to please. This was a lengthy job for them that dragged on too long because of our company having to organize all of our products and strategy. Beluga Labs was the perfect partner to help us and guide us along the way. They were patient with the many revisions we had and most importantly produced an outstanding website. Highly recommend these guys. They are superb. Can't wait to launch our next website with them. read more

I had the pleasure of working with Beluga Labs, and I must say, they truly deserve their reputation as one of the best web design & development firms in the world. Throughout our collaboration, Aleks has been an invaluable asset. He's always available and ready to assist with any question or issue. With him, nothing seems impossible. I want to extend my gratitude for the exceptional quality of work, speed and willingness to help and even teach. It's rare to find such a combination of expertise and customer service. I highly recommend Beluga Labs to anyone seeking an enterprise level digital agency at a fraction of the cost of one. read more

Another 5 star review :) I love my new website and the guys at Beluga lab are the real deal. Aleksandr is the best! He was so knowledgable and PATIENT. I am clueless when it comes to technology. "Smash that like button and hit subscribe" is that what the kids are saying? Aleksandr explained everything to me in great detail. He was quick with updates and making changes. I can't recommend them enough and I plan on using them again in the future. I love my new website. Thank you Beluga Lab!!! read more

Beluga Labs are truly creative and helpful web developers. It's real people who respond in a timely manner and create websites that are not from a generic template; they build websites with your audience in mind. Alek and Yev deliver! read more

I am so happy that I used Beluga labs to build my new website!! I am not tech savvy whatsoever, but I could communicate well with Yev and Albs (unlike other software engineers I've dealt with in the past). Yev was my go to guy and was amazing to work with- always quick to update anything I needed! When my original site went completely down, they got the new site up in 24 hours, even when we weren't finished. I'm beyond thrilled with my site- the designs and functionality are amazing. Was very reasonable in price too. I finally feel like I have a technical partner that I can trust and that can continue to help me as my business grows! Thanks guys!! read more

I've used Beluga Labs twice for my company's website needs and have had wonderful experiences both times. We'd previously been paying an arm and a leg for substandard service that didn't even allow us to make updates to our own site. Yev and the guys at Beluga moved our site over to WordPress to allow us to have more control -- and their price was excellent. A year later, I went back to Beluga Labs for a second job -- creating a new site from scratch. Yev was ever patient with our indecisiveness and our simultaneous requests for a quick turnaround. We're very happy with what he created for us, especially since I know we were rather difficult to work with. I definitely recommend Beluga Labs for any website needs. The price is right, responses to emails and calls are always returned promptly, and anyone I've worked with at Beluga has been very courteous and considerate. read more

We looked at over 50 web design companies and chose Beluga because of all their outstanding reviews we found online. I figured either these guys are truly outstanding or they've mastered the art of giving themselves fake reviews (as I've found others to do). Well it turns out to be the former, these guys really are as good as everyone says they are. I made a crazy amount of changes, tweaks, etc., to the site being built to the point where I even asked Aleks Zolotarevskiy (I think one of the founders) if he'd like me to pay more than the fixed price we agreed upon for all of the extra work. He told me it's no problem and not to worry about it. Very professional and classy. The final site looks terrific. The project included logo design, secure credit card ordering, and an interactive order taking system, so these guys clearly have a full team of specialists on staff. The cost was reasonable (not dirt cheap like some of the foreign web design companies) but still very reasonable. I've heard some horror stories about people using some cheap companies located outside of the country, and I am reassured that I know these guys will always be around whenever I need support. We have some other projects we are now going to start with them. I've dealt with numerous web companies in the past, but these guys are far superior to the rest. read more

Yevgeniy and BelugaLabs are by far the best contract developers I have worked with in my career. From start to finish, the experience working with them to redesign and rebuild our website was outstanding. Here are a few reasons why you want to work with these guys... 1) Quality. All of the design work was super high quality and they did a great job of interpreting our ideas/requests and then producing a really top notch website with a fair amount of complexity. We couldn't be more pleased with the final product. 2) Expertise. We had some very specific requests around SEO and certain functionality that they took on with no problems at all. They were able to advise us on design and structure and were very knowledgeable about all aspects of the project. 3) Responsiveness. Nothing is more frustrating than treading water while you wait to hear back from someone. Right from the start Beluga were on the ball, skype, email, call. These guys were super responsive and very accommodating. They truly felt like an extension of our company and part of the team throughout the project. 4) Feedback. Beluga were open and flexible throughout the whole process and their interpretation of feedback was outstanding. Their ability to take direction and make quick adjustments ensured we met what I thought was a pretty agressive timeline for the project. 5) Reasonable. We all want to work with other reasonable people right? Beluga were extremely accommodating and flexible despite the fact that we threw them more than a few curve balls. They didn't try to nickle and dime us, they just worked with us like reasonable people. And they have a "Can Do" attitude that is hard to find these days. Too often contractors won't do something a certain way because they don't know how or it might take a bit longer, Beluga simply said yes to everything and then went off and executed it. I highly recommend BelugaLabs and hope to work with them again in the future! read more

I recently worked with Beluga Labs again to make updates to my website. Yev and Aleks have been very accommodating and patient with my requests. They have very quick response and also keep me updated with progress. They have grown since first time I originally worked with them, but they haven't lost that human touch. As a small business, I appreciate that. I highly recommend this company. Thank you Aleks. Thank you Yev. Thank you Beluga Labs. My original post on 2/20 still stands: Aleks and the team at Beluga Labs were fantastic. We found Beluga Labs through Elance.com. When I posted the ad for a web-designer and programmer for a business I was starting, I had two important needs that I wanted met. #1 I needed to have an amazing website to stand out from my competition and #2 I needed it to be affordable. (Starting a business is not cheap!). We had many many many applicants. We choose Beluga Labs because they had a great portfolio, they were reasonably priced, and they were very quick, thoughtful and personal with their responses. I knew what I wanted the website to look like. It was great because Beluga Labs took my vision and laid out a website that was easy to navigate, functional, unique, and appealing to my target market. If you are curious how it turned out, here is the link. CPRtotheRescue.org (This is in no way a plug for myself. I am just so proud of the work they did, I want to share it.) They were professional, responded very very quickly to my many many requests, were friendly and very patient with me, knowledgeable, relevant, and great to work with. I would definitely recommend them for all your website and design needs. When the project was done, Aleks called us personally and taught us how to update the blog, calendar, and ecommerce section. He taught us how to update it, change it, navigate it, everything it. read more

I have used Beluga for our companies website redesign project. I had a vision of how I wanted the site to function and work and Yev and team took that vision to a finished product in a compressed timeline and did so happily. We plan to continue working with Beluga as our needs change and expand into the future. read more

I have been working with the Alexsandr Zolotarevskiy, Project Manager of Beluga Labs for several years and he has been nothing but exceptional! I started a new business in 2019 and designed my website with Aleks from scratch. He was able to take my ideas that were in my head and then translate them perfectly to the website. The response time was excellent and Aleks always made himself available and offered video calls as well. Once the website was completed I worked with a marketing company that put the website onto a different platform and basically ruined the aesthetics. I called Aleks a year later in desperate need of help and he was responsive and understanding of the situation and immediately knew how to correct the entire website onto the right platform. The website was fixed within a few weeks and it is stunning!!! I was then excited to work with Aleks again on my business card and his team created a beautiful design that when I handed it out to my first potential customer the first comment was - wow, how beautiful! The cost of of each project was fair and affordable and he always went above and beyond to meet my requirements. I am grateful to Aleks and his team at Beluga Labs and look forward to the next project! read more

I have worked very closely with Beluga on a number of projects from web design and landing page creation to logo creation and email marketing collateral. Each final design was excellent and the entire Beluga team was extremely patient and meticulous during the design process. They always answered any questions I had and gave realistic timelines for the completion of every design. I would recommend anyone looking for honesty and quality work from a design company to use Beluga! read more

We had a wonderful experience with the team at Beluga Labs! I came to them with a site redesign and half of the new site designed. They were able to take the design concepts and fill out the rest of the site in a complimentary manner. I found the communication with the project manager to be excellent and the turnaround time was phenomenal. Even with a large amount of extra work, they still came in under budget. I've recommended them to several other companies who are considering site redesigns. read more

Yev is extremely patient, responsive and helpful. Make sure you go to him with a clear idea of what you want your website to be, and he is able to take it to the next level. read more

My experience with Beluga Labs has been nothing but exceptional. I've turned to them for my own personal small business needs (www.teanthings.com) but have relied on them time and time again when my internet marketing company needed web design help. They respond really quick, produce great work, and are so open to any questions, no matter the complexity. I forgot to mention their pricing is very, very good. I guess I'm lucky because I've heard horrendous stories from past clients of their awful experience with web design companies. I have and will continue to recommend Beluga Labs to anyone in need of a new website. read more

Working with Aleks and Yev has been fantastic. I had originally gone with an individual who I paid half up front, but disappeared on me. Despite a tight budget and a tough timeline of less than a month Alex, Yev and team managed to get everything up and running. In just a couple days they had some graphical concepts to show, which were stunning. After getting the site launched I would come across a minor bug in the evening, email them, and it would be fixed by the time I have sit down for coffee in the morning. It's now running like a charm and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you! read more

These guys are great - mainly because you don't need to babysit them or walk them through every single little step. They get what you need to have done and do it - which makes it feel like they are in-house and on your team. The pricing is very fair as well for the quality of their work. Would recommend. read more

alek and the crew are rockstars. always helpful, always available i recommend alek and the crew to everyone....

I strongly recommend Beluga Labs to anyone who needs web design and development services. I have worked with other web companies in the past and the experience was terrible. But Beluga Labs was great! They had great communication throughout the process, produced a high quality website (both design and development), and were able to finish it on time and at the price they promised. It is very difficult finding a good service provider in any industry, especially a technical one. I consider myself extremely fortunate to have found Beluga Labs (I was referred to them) and I will continue to use them for all my website work in the future. read more
