It took exactly 10 years since I first applied to immigrate to Canada. Since then ever the rules were tightening and becoming more specific and tougher. But the problem something else: It was how the approaches of law officer becoming conservative and preservative. I applied a couple of times on my own, and a couple of times with tow other lawyers. Although I studied a lot and gained a lot of information, still I needed a guide, an upper hand. I went to a general lawyer, one very very famous. What happened? I had a complication. Everybody said you do not have a chance. You are done. The whole dream disappeared in a glance of eye. What happened was not absolutely true But I did not have any voice. Then, by GOD's Grace, I found Mr. Mario Bellissimo was the SPECIALIST. Thanks God I was introduced to him, surprisingly through the same very famous GENERAL lawyer. I was shown with facts by Mr. Mario. He did not give any false hope with, but clear aspect of what had happened and the possible steps. Mr. Mario is truly a selected lawyer for a reason. He has a very welcoming attitude, patient to hear your concerns, available as much as it is needed, (consider you are not the only client and his court appearances and etc.), and above all he knows what he does and how the system works. Frankly speaking I had ONLY ONLY two people ready to help me in my case. One was the celebrity lawyer and Mr. Mario (both top 20 lawyers in Canada (not only in immigration law) and probably in North America). To be honest, I chose Mr. Mario because the fee was right. Now it is two months I have landed with my family. You can not imagine how important was the role of the lawyer, because I was almost nothing in front of the law, especially because I was not having any feet in Canada in any ways, (I was neither a permanent resident, nor a Citizen, nor inside the country). And whole my life desire was sunken under unfortunate circumstances. He has a very professional team working around, from accountant, front office, executive assistance, other lawyers, and basically everyone in the office of the group are helpful and to the point. I am sure this again goes back to his fine selection. Remember your file or case is a team work and require YOU as a client to be on the subject, on time, accurate, following up step by step to embrace the sweet successful result like mine. All of us were in ONE team sporting for the same result. You, as the represented person have a role, too. My complication was caused by myself. My mistakes taught me: In such an important and fine matters, either you do the job in a right manner with the right people or DON'T DO it at all, simply because what you do wrong or what turns wrong will be recorded forever.
