You will receive a statement in the mail. each month until paid. They offered practical alternatives and acknowledged that some routines are harder to maintain depending on executive function, physical access, or sensory tolerance. I didn't have to mask or over-explain myself just to be treated like a person. If you've avoided going to the dentist because past experiences were shaming, overwhelming, or just not neurodivergent-friendly, Piper is the first place I've been where I didn't leave feeling worse. They were extremely aware of the sensitivity of my tooth and I felt very little discomfort for the entire appointment. This meant that, for 3 additional months, I had a space where the second tooth from the front belonged. I protested and wrote a personal letter to Dr. Wade with no result. On July 13 the receptionist tapped the implant and did an x-ray, and Dr. Wade stopped by for less than one minute. The whole appointment took barely 5 minutes. I'm not afraid of the dentist, never have been. I actually enjoy getting my teeth cleaned and even getting a little work done, it goes a long way for overall health. I would never recommend anyone to come here based on my experience with Dr. Seelye. I had some fillings done I think sometime in July or august 2019, and he overfilled them and they were excruciating when the numbing medication wore off, something I've never experience before. I had all of the fillings done on the left side of my mouth. I go in a couple days later complaining about how bad it hurts and that I couldn't bite on that side at all. The Dr comes out and makes me feel like I'm ruining HIS day just for needing this adjusted. He gets his work done filing them down then asks if I still feel pain, I said yes, a lot. His answer was "well my fillings are clearing your bite so the problem is not my fillings". Which, mind you, I did not have ANY issues whatsoever before getting them filled. So yeah, they are the problem. That was the last time I have/will visit this office. My mouth hurt very bad for about 3 more weeks after the second visit, and I couldn't really bite hard things (think trail mix) on the left side of my mouth for over 9 months afterwords, and even now it still feels a little... off. If you want a medical professional that actually CARES about the patient, find another dentist.

Every hygienist I've had at his office is so gentle. I have excessive saliva in my mouth and they're all very attentive (especially Moreno) to suctioning it out so I don't swallow all of the cleaning paste, etc. Moreno removed three of my wisdom teeth about five years ago, and it was such a positive experience. I didn't have any trouble, and was quickly eating mushy foods again. When I had to have my other wisdom toot removed by an oral surgeon, he would call me on is day off to make sure I was okay, as my tooth removal turned out to be a little complicated. SO great. I love going to the dentist. LOVE IT! Highly, highly recommend. I've sent so many people here and have never heard anyone say anything other than "thank goodness for a good dentist and dental staff."
