If you're a shopper or someone who enjoys browsing, this is undoubtedly one of the best places to shop in the entire Seattle Metro area. I particularly frequent Nordstrom and a now defunct Timberland store. The mall also has a variety of restaurants, some of which offer drinks which you can indulge after shopping. While the prices can be a bit high, parking can be challenging at times. The area can get crowded and congested, but it's not overly bad. There are a few bars inside the mall, which is a great addition. However, the bathrooms are always crowded, and you'll likely have to wait a long time. Be mindful of this, especially during the holiday season. The Square also hosts parades and other events during the holidays season as well, so plan accordingly to avoid traffic. Aside from shopping, I also buy a lot of my colognes here. It's definitely one of my favorite places to shop for some of my favorite brands.

So much fun shopping here! Found the cutest miu miu collection of sunglasses. Large selections! Found two I really loved! Plenty of stores to go around and more opening!

I love this mall! It's my favorite mall in Washington state. It's clean, the bathroom's are like lounges. If you during the holidays, you get a very esthetically appealing experience. I wish they had a food section instead of the food options spread throughout. The clothing stores are always so clean and with the latest trends. Customer service in all the stores are top notch. It's more on the pricey side, but it has all my favorite stores.

9/6/2025 - This is an upscale shopping mall in the city of Bellevue, Washington, where you can find a store like CANADA GOOSE. The Bellevue Square provides Free WiFi access via the BELLEVUE COLLECTION Guest WiFi, but does not have a food court, even though you can find many eateries.

It's a high end old style indoor mall with some very chic stores you won't find usually anywhere. It's perched in the midst of a wealthy non-zombie Seattle area. It's great place to wander during the rain. The mall maps are not intuitive. Give it an hour though, and you'll really need to get back outside...in the rain.

This was my first time going to this mall (yes, I rarely visit Seattle haha, I should more often though!). Anyways, it was during LNY time so there were lots of festivities. If they didn't, I think it would be even better haha meaning, this mall was very spacious overall. It looked fairly clean even though it was packed full of people. I liked the high ceilings and the variety of stores in one location (Washington Square is what I'm comparing it with). There were stores that we don't have in PDX so it was nice to check those stores out (UNIQLO and Pop Mart for example). I also liked how you walk a few blocks down and you get another area to shop and eat, it felt like I was in a 'big city.' HAHA, again, comparing with Washington Square, lol. I would like to stroll around that area more when I have the time~!

Originally opened in 1946, Bellevue Square was the first regional suburban shopping center in the Pacific Northwest. It was initially an open-air property, with a massive conversion to an enclosed, super-regional two story mall in 1985. The area became more mixed-use as surrounding properties were bought up and added to the overall experience. Today, the development is called Lincoln Square and consists of 4 million square feet, consisting of two hotels (Hyatt Regency and Westin) and 480,000 square feet of retail and dining and entertainment space. It's a bit surprising that this was done in pieces over such a long period of time. Really well planned.

Best mall and best city you can ever go to! My family and I come here every Sunday and we never get tired of their clothing stores, incredible food, and the community outside of the mall. There are numerous stores, restaurants, and places you can go to. I'd recommend searching specific stores online beforehand. The Nordstrom is huge here, and it's a must try to eat at Kizuki Ramen. Service is always amazing, never a line for places, and the value is great especially in the winter when almost every store has a 50-70% off!

Coming from the East Coast, where amazing malls are everywhere, it's surprising that this is the only decent mall in all of Washington State. It's not particularly large or packed with a huge variety of stores, but it does have a decent selection and plenty of parking, which is a plus.

Very awesome shopping plaza and part of it connects to Lincoln Square with a skywalk that has an incredible view!

Favorite restaurant inside!

Positives: Large parking deck. Plenty of free parking. Great store options. Very spacious. Nicely built and decorated. I like the signage displayed everywhere and the skywalk. Lots of places to eat and shop. Friendly service everywhere. Top notch restaurants and coffee shops. High-end stores. Clean stores. Nicely placed clothing. Beautifully decorated. Cons: I saw a young guy lurking and hiding behind cars in the parking deck. Unsure what he was up to. We were approached by a woman begging for money with a baby in a stroller. Always watch your surroundings but lovely shopping experience here.

We went around 7:30 PM on a Friday evening and we still encountered such inconsiderate, rude and stupid people everywhere!!! It's like nobody cares if you're front of them or not. Won't say, "Excuse me," or try to move appropriately. Most of the stores were open and had customers going in and out. Some had special deals and sales going on, which was nice. The mall ain't what is used to be, though. Parking is a mess, layout of the building can be confusing at times when looking for the Sky Bridge and trying to go from one side to the other where the hotels are. Inventory and selection of goods have gone downhill a bit, though. Prices have of course gone up.

Nice, clean mall, however, not many stores are available here. Plenty of parking in the garage.

Service was fine at Woods Coffee and The Container Store; not great, not bad. I was happy that Woods Coffee had Kombuchas for sale, and my Kombucha that I bought there was pretty good. The price was decent for it too, Kombuchas are not super cheap even when buying them at the grocery store, so for a coffee shop in a mall-like area I was satisfied with the price for it. I drink Kombucha often. I love the Container Store, and I could spend hours in there. The selection was excellent. However, despite my enjoyable browsing, I just bought a load of white cardboard boxes that I had pre-ordered to make a maze/playhouse for my cat. I thought his maze/playhouse would look much nicer if I used white cardboard boxes that do not have labels all over them, rather than brown cardboard amazon boxes. Service and selection at the Paper Source were both outstanding. That was my favorite store that I visited here. I bought several items there, and felt super relaxed and welcome while in that store. Very nice area, I would return for sure.

The photos show a fairly empty mall mid day. Huge and wide open spaces. Good lighting too. The value would depend on which store you're looking at. The parking lot around this mall is always busy. Which leads me to believe it's a fairly popular place. I do frequent the Amazon Fresh not necessarily connected directly to the mall but next door. There is a Nordstrom Rack, lakeshore education store, and of course the T&T Supermarket on one end of the mall. So yes, a large selection of shopping choices with various values. Any stores I've visited had good service. Security is always seen circulating the area which makes me happy too. Enjoy life! SYOY!

Factoria is a neighborhood of Bellevue, WA, and has a dedicated shopping mall (Marketplace at…read moreFactoria) that people around the area will go to. Recently, a large Asian grocery opened as one of the outdoor anchors, so we decided to come down. We noticed right away how crowded the outdoor surface lots were, and that there was a line extending outside to get into the grocery store, so we nixed that idea. Instead, we found a less crowded parking area on the other side of the mall. It is a one story indoor mall, with a mix of small businesses, kiosks, and big anchor stores. The layout is definitely from an earlier time, but unlike malls like this in California which are closed or just empty, this one had a fair amount of shoppers milling around. One thing to note are that some of the anchor stores are not connected to the indoor mall at all, instead requiring you to walk outside and through parking to get where you want to go. Like I said, not a great layout.

It's a bit tucked away in the Lake Hills neighborhood so I'm only here if it's for something very specific: 1. The spiced meat over rice & house iced coffee from Hardwok Cafe. There's another location in Seattle, but the parking is a nightmare plus the interior isn't as nice as this location. 2. MeetFresh. Not because I'm a fan of their desserts, it's more of a "what's still open after dinner in Bellevue that we can have an excuse to sit and catch up some more". It's open late, plenty of seating to lounge around, I of course would pick something random to buy so I can sit here and hang out. 3. There's a hot pot spot here. I don't come here for hot pot though, I love their mushroom dynamite. On weekdays, it's half priced appetizers during dinner. I feel weird taking up a space and not ordering hot pot so I'll try to find somebody to tag along with so we can order a bunch of appetizers. If the dumpling place would open on my one day off, I would have already tried it since I've heard good things, but too bad I just haven't had the chance to stop by with my schedule. The only visible sign said "not fully vaccinated," which raises the question: WHY are the puppies there to begin with? They shouldn't be there as a petting zoo, exposed to random dogs. There were maybe around 10 booths total, and at least 3 of them were just photo-op booths. The "doggy care" booth was especially confusing... what exactly are they even selling? Their setup also had real estate advertising mixed in. Overall, it felt poorly organized, underwhelming, and more geared toward Instagram photos than actual pet community engagement.
