I called their studio yesterday to get a quote. The woman I spoke to quoted me the following: Portfolio Session $1,325. This includes a 90-minute photoshoot, 4 outfits, and 4 photos. 40 photos will be taken for me to choose from, but I can only select 4. Each additional photo is $225. I asked her, "So it's $331.25/photo?" The woman answered, "No, it's $1,325 for studio time, photographer time and 4 photos". I said, "Yes, the photographer will spend 90 minutes taking photos and I will have 40 photos to choose from, but I will only get 4 photos. So that means I'm paying $1,325 for 4 photos, which is $331/photo". The woman answered, "Sure if you want to look at it that way." I asked, "What other way is there to look at if at the end i'm only getting 4 photos and I paid $1,325 to get them.". The woman answered in the most condescending tone, "Is there anything else I can help you with?". After that experience, I went on Google and left a 1-star review describing my experience. There's nothing wrong with charging high prices for higher quality service, but own it and be upfront about it. Prices are what they are, so own it and don't be condescending to customers. About an hour later, I got a call from the owner Brook Clark. She saw the review and started telling me how the most important thing for her business is customer experience. She went on and on for about 5 minutes about how customer experience is of utmost importance to her, even when she opened the studio with a newborn on one shoulder, so she wanted to apologize for what I experienced. I said ok, I appreciate the call, the prices are high, so not the right fit for me. Later the owner, Brook, texted me a referral to another photographer, which I really appreciated, and said "Thank you". An hour later, Brook texted me asking to remove the negative review from Google. I agreed to do that. A few hours later, I was talking to my friend who did his photoshoot at this studio and he said they are expensive, but he liked his photos. So I texted Brook back, saying I'm interested in booking a photoshoot because of his feedback. Then the owner replied back, saying her company won't be able to give me "the experience" I deserve and recommended another studio. In summary: When customers leave a REAL review about their experience with her business, she manipulates them into removing the negative review and pretends she's sincerely sorry for a poor experience. And instead of taking that as an opportunity to train her staff on delivering a better customer experience and ask the consumer, "How can I make it up to you?", she punishes consumers for speaking the truth by refusing to do business with them. I'm a female business owner and would do anything to support other female entrepreneurs, but this woman is a con artist. How many other customers did she manipulate to take down their REAL Google and Yelp reviews? What kind of experience do you expect for the prices they charge? She is so patient even with my very spirited nephew and groaning brother. She knows how to capture my boys for these special milestones. My only complaint would be that they make a big deal out of telling you free downloads on their website the next day and there's even a sticker on the photo card that they give you that says the same thing, free downloads. I went on their website the next day, scanned the event QR code and no free downloads. I'm not surprised that there was a charge because they are such good quality. Just stop telling people they will be free if they aren't. I even sent an email asking for an explanation but never received a reply.

Scott and Jennifer were professional, kind, and creative when it came to helping me host an event. They have a portable photo studio with a backdrop that allows them to take some really amazing high quality pictures. Every guest at the party was given a take home photograph to capture the evening. Props were plentiful and people had such a blast! I can't think of a better group of people to work with for weddings or parties.

The whole process was incredibly efficient and quick, and did a lot to reduce my stress levels. The actual session itself was perfect. Toni is friendly and relaxed but also professional and efficient. We had 30 minutes (I only needed 2 photos; I did Package A) and I never felt rushed. A lot of people think that you can just take a nice photo with your friend who has a decent camera but the money for a professional is so worth it. You get what you pay for. The lighting, the equipment, the editing is all good but I think having a photographer who knows how to pose you to your best advantage (hair, posture, face angles, everything) and get you to relax is what you're really paying for. Because I was in such a rush she had my proofs to me the same afternoon so I could pick the ones I wanted. Great turn around time. I would highly recommend Toni if you need a business-style headshot. I spent many months trying to find a good photographer to take my baby daughter's first…read moreprofessional photographs, and we absolutely found it in Beautiful You. The owner and photographer, Ellen, really made us comfortable. She took the time to get to know my five month old daughter before taking any pictures, and worked out what I was expecting from the photo shoot. Over the next two hours we shot dozens of pictures in five or six different poses. Ellen was patient when my daughter got hungry, and was excellent at playing with my daughter to make her smile. A week later we got to see the proofs, and they were fantastic. Ellen really managed to capture my daughter's blossoming personality, and was genuinely excited to show me what pictures she had taken. I am now waiting on the prints, which were reasonably priced and of which there are plentiful options. There's no doubt I'll be going back to Ellen many times. It is more like going to see one of your friends to have pictures taken than going to a faceless studio.

She was scheduled to fly out to CA at the end of the week and only had 1 day to shoot my maternity photos. I couldn't book the photos any later because I was already 37 weeks. The day we booked was gloomy. She had planned to scout a location the next day but switched her schedule to get our photos done. The day turned out to be sunny and amazing! The photos were incredible because she was flexible with her schedule despite it being tight! 2) Again her photos are amazing. She has a great eye and is artistic. She captured many amazing photos of us! She knew the perfect angles, the best lighting, and where to go in Seattle for the best moments to capture. 3) Her price is very reasonable for the quality and experience she gave us. I paid a lot more for photos in Paris that do not compare! 4) She is very personable and easy to get along with. 5) She gets sneak peeks to you the very next day and the rest of the photos were guaranteed in 2 weeks but she got them to us in like a week! 6) She knows her limits. A lot of photographers out there overbook themselves and can't make deadlines. She takes her time to provide quality edited photos and again..she got them to us before the 2 week mark. Going back to the photos from Paris...it took them almost 3 months to get all the final edited photos to us. 7) I will definitely use her again. I've recommended her to friends.
