The maintenance team is nice and quick to respond. Also, recently they added hand soap and toilet…read morepaper to the gym restrooms. These are the only nice things I noticed during my time there. The place is overloaded with contractors with some apartments having 5-6 of them. The parking lot reflects that with trucks lining the road way. They often party all night and seem to think its normal to throw cigarette butts and chicken bones off their balcony's. The place is no longer that safe during the evenings the weekends, many times my wife was catcalled and leered / followed during her evening walks with the dogs. There was also a morning when 8 cops were outside the apartment due to a fight / drunken disagreement. Furthermore, there is dog droppings everywhere because no one picks up after their dogs. Management occasionally sends letters to tenants about these issues, but with zero effect. They feel that is due diligence I suppose. Also, they do not properly clean the air ducts and there is for sure a mold issue. This is attested to through the reviews over several years. When we complained they simply painted over the black mold on doorway and did a DIY air test. It get's worse, I have spent months working with the 3 credit agencies to repair my credit that was destroyed because the Manager opened an Entergy account in my name for an apartment I did not move into. Even though she admitted to the mistake, somehow they think that's not their fault. Their Regional Manager from Georgia Mr. Bernie Adams called to (I was hoping to address the issues, but no) systematically deny liability for any wrong doing for each of our issues one at a time including the credit problem, which was mind blowing. My advice to anyone (other than single guys who love chicken wings, cigarettes, dog droppings and don't care about their credit), is to look elsewhere. There are lots of nice SAFE apartment complexes run by capable locals that care about their tenants and respect the fact they are paying customers. This is not one of them.
