Then had audacity to blame me. Even after offering to take some $ off for the driving time that was completely Nadja's fault. Basically unprofessional, unreliable, and a bad experience on the whole. Also requested them to quit texting me which wasn't respected so ended up blocking. And then, if that wasn't enough boundary crossing they left a voicemail so had to block phone calls as well. I can't speak to the quality or skills of the massage - especially if you can walk into their office rather than schedule a home visit. But at minimum this person was unable to find an address that is clearly on every driving direction app and had trouble respecting boundaries when asked to do so.

We called four separate times while we were in Mendocino asking to rebook or for a refund. Every time they said they would speak to the manager and call us back. We called after being charged and were told we would again receive the call back we never received. It was extremely frustrating.
