Incredible company! BellCo Surveying saved me over $100,000. I know that's very difficult to believe. I was trying to build a commercial building on my property last year. I say trying because the parish told me based on the survey done two years prior to me purchasing the property and the address, my building needed to be 11' off the ground. Needless to say, this more than tripled the cost of the building and really put me in a bad spot. I decided to call BellCo on a good friends referral. I explained my situation to Drew and he suggested an elevation survey. Drew was great! He spent about half the day on my property taking elevation measurements everywhere. I guess that's normal for a survey company, but a week after I received the elevation certificate he called me. This is what impressed me about BellCo: Drew actually spent time researching my problem after he was already paid! He informed me the parish was putting my property in a flood zone that didn't even exist yet!! I was actually in a different flood zone.
