I don't agree with many of these reviews that have been posted about this Bellco location. Maybe people are impatient? dont like being told theyll have to wait? Or just lack of respect for customer service. I will say this Bellco is always an amazing experience for me! I have been going to this Bellco for the last 5 almost 6 months now and every encounter is incredibly pleasant! The staff are kind, they are transparent with me on how long of a wait it will be, I am always greeted by not just 1 employee but many at a time. if you had a not-so-great experience here before, I'm sorry for you but if you are an individual who doesnt have patience or care much for people interactions, then I don't know what to tell you. Josh is one of the best bankers I've ever worked with. He's kind, courteous, and most importantly knowledgeable. Where others give up, he will take the time to investigate, get answers, and solve problems. This location is very lucky to have his services and the only reason I'm doing this five star review. I was going around in circles trying to figure out how to get my daughter signed up for online banking for her student account. He had it done in under 15 minutes. HANDS down worst banking experience of my LIFE! Right hand meet left. Staff have no idea how to solve problems nor do they FOLLOW-UP. Literally had to WALK in to this bank more times in first month of membership then in 10 years with old bank. Banking should not be this hard. Potential members be warned. read more

Absolutely the worst bank experience with a bank I've ever experienced Was checking out several products; rates on different types of loans and a 401k transfer. People didn't get back with me. I was also going to move my checking account there so I could earn interest. I talked to one loan originator who was supposed to get back with me. Neve called me back or returned any of my calls. When I reached another loan originator she attempted to make me feel stupid, then sent me an email with a link to start searching, it said I had completed the form. She said she didn't show that I had submitted anything. I tried it again and never heard back from her. I called the main number and my attempts to get another loan originator to talk to resulted in no phone call back. No help on 401k call back either. If an employees responds to this comment to say they're sorry, don't bother. There's no excuse for this poor of service. read more

I would give a negative 10 if I could as this is the worst bank I have EVER dealt with in my 58 years. They should be sued for causing people to accrue late payments on their loans and I may just have to look into it. Unless you go into a shared branch and pay cash they take 5-7 days to process payments. Even online. Even if the money is long gone from your bank account. I did a "quick pay" which IMMEDIATELY took the money from my account. I was well within my "grace period" and they still charged a late fee. This is unfair practice and I believe they should be held accountable for this. Shame on you Bellco!!!! read more

I have been on hold while trying to get some information for 20 minutes!!! This is totally ridiculous for the middle of a business day! I was interested in talking to them about a home loan...but I will play the game and see how long it will take them to actually ANSWER the call....at this point I will be looking elsewhere. This place has been giving me the run around about my account since Aug. 2018 . They say my account is past due, when it is not. When the July payment was scanned the scanner did not pick up the .49 cents. I've been trying since Aug. to get this straightened out. I've went to the Castle Rock branch twice to get nothing done. When I call all I get is a call center on the east coast. I'm going to find another lender for my truck loan. I'm fed up with the hassle. read more

I really like the Manager and team at Bellco in Castle Rock. I suspect they are highly understaffed. We brought our personal and business accounts to Bellco. I am so sorry we did. I used to pay my rent via Zelle. That is not a function that Bellco offers. Their app and website is terrible. I have to go in the branch to transfer payment. The site indicates I can transfer money for payment but the app and iPad don't allow that. Both my personal and business credit cards were sent to the wrong addresses. It took weeks to get our cards. Also, if you want to do an international wire you can only do that before 11am. This issue caused real issues for me. I have overdraft protection but when a charge came through we were charged an overdraft fee and the money was never taken from our overdraft account. I am very disappointed with Bellco. Changing banks is not easy but we may have to do this again. read more

I've been using Bellco for my auto loan for 9 months now. To this day I have not found one positive about any of the branches. Customer service is always an issue either I'm on hold for an hour or passed around to other departments when I ask general questions. Then when you finally decided that being on hold for hours at a time isnt worth it anymore you get charged additional fees to pay the loan online. Terrible customer service, IT, website and app. If you have any issues at all good luck actually getting someone to help you. It took me weeks to get answers. Go to a credit union that actually values customer service. Ent is the only bank/credit union I can say I love. read more

Bellco is a great CU. Service is what I expect. I think this branch could sometimes use more staff but that could be anywhere as well. The people are professional and do a great job. I see nothing wrong with Bellco or this branch. They've covered our backsides when our cards were hacked prior to our knowledge of it, a number of times. I'm grateful for that. We will continue to bank here for as long as we live in Castle Rock. read more

I recently received a threatening letter from Bellco claiming I need to provide something for an auto loan refinance that closed 3 months ago. All payments have been made and no one ever told me anything else was needed during my application or closing. Also, I'm refinancing a Bellco loan so the lien transfer should be all internal. When I tried to call to figure out what was needed I was met by rude employees who repeatedly put me on hold and transferred me for about 40 min. Finally, I spoke with a lady named Raven who told me there was nothing she could do for me but she would e-mail someone on my behalf. I asked for the contact information to submit a complaint which Raven said she would also send but she never actually did anything she said she would. There is no information available online and the letter does not detail what is needed but gives a very limited time-frame to provide it. This is one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. read more

terrible crappy attitude from the manager - the loan officer was at least very nice. paid off a car, they only will send you a lein release and you have to go stand in line at motor vehicle and get a title. they will not give you a title when you pay off your loan. you have to go pay and stand in line and get one..........ridiculous.....uncalled for and rude read more
