We tried to rinse them off but the slide seemed to be infested with brown wolf spiders. The parents just had to constantly move the spiders away. The worst part was after the party my husband went to unplug the unit and found the cord Gloria James was using was not grounded. Had this wire touch water someone could have been electrocuted. When I brought this to the company's attention there was no "I'm sorry" just "I'll let the equipment manger know!" We definitely will never use this company again.

The same individual returned on Sunday @ 11am to pick it up and he had a crew with him. Great overall experience! The only "flaw" I would say is that I was not advised that we could use the slide again on Sunday prior to pick up. When I emailed on Sunday morning asking the pick up time, I received an immediate response (great) that it would be picked up around 11am. So, we decided to inflate and enjoy a little bit longer before pick up, but we deflated it around 1030am because we knew pick up was 11am. However, upon arrival, the individual and his crew inflated it, again, to clean it... If we knew it was going to be cleaned, we would have enjoyed it up until arrival of the individual and his crew! Just something to keep in mind for next day pickups... definitely get all the use out of it as you can... So fun!!!! Would for sure use GJ Event Rentals, again!

Bottomline they never showed up. This is not the way to conduct business or try to ruin a kids birthday. If you want your kid and his friend to have good memories on his or her birthday, avoid this company. You don't do this to a kids.

Everyone was so friendly and professional, and the service was truly above and beyond. I highly recommend Melo's House of Bounce for ALL your events!

It was certainly a beautiful place to hold a wedding, from the actual spot where the vows were exchanged, to the small open area where the appetizers were served (and open bar) to the bar area where the remainder of reception was held. All of it was visually appealing as it was definitely very functional for the purpose it was used. Staff were friendly, if not overly so, and certainly took care of the bride and groom and their direct family - as you would expect. The s'mores on a cool evening was a nice touch and one I definitely took advantage.

I had her on speaker while I was setting up my event and even the people around me were shock at how she spoke and overall attitude. Poor business leadership overall. Highly would not recommend.

From the moment I called for a quote and availability I knew I made a smart decision. Greg was friendly, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Once I decided on the boxing ring bounce house and the giant inflatable dart board, he had a contract emailed to me when we got off the phone securing the date and time. When the big day rolled around, the staff member, Josh, arrived early and had everything out and blown up within minutes. He also was super friendly and had no problem with how many times we changed our mind about where to set it up (Sorry about that)! The party was a huge success and everyone had a blast - adults and kids. I'd keep that that set up in my back yard every day if I could! We weren't sure when the party would end or if it would start raining, so Josh just said to text him when we were ready to shut it down and he would head our way. He cleaned everything up quickly and without any issue. On top of the awesome customer service, the clean, high quality equipment and the convenience of a flexible schedule, No Limit Event Rentals had the best prices out of anyone. I checked with every company in the Orlando area, and most charged a ridiculous "trip fee" to go to my neighborhood in addition to their already steep prices or didn't have much of a selection at all.
