The location I chose for our shoot was a little difficult to shoot since there was a wedding going on, but they were able to make it work still and they got the shots I really wanted. I was worried that we wouldn't be able to shoot everything we wanted in our hour time frame since we had outfit changes and all, but we fortunately were able to get everything we wanted out of the shoot in the hour we had. They were extremely easy to work with from the start, readily available, and very responsive. I contacted them through email via their website and they responded within the hour. Their website is very organized, thorough, and user-friendly. We worked with Florian for our family photo session. We happened to be in Maui for a family trip and wanted to take advantage of the beautiful beaches/scenery and also remember our time there. My husband and I have a 3-year-old girl and a 3 month old boy. As any parent can tell you, this mix can be a recipe for disaster. On the day of our session, my daughter was in a terrible mood and was very uncooperative. Florian kept his cool and remained kind and patient the whole time. He did everything he could to make my daughter feel comfortable. In the end, she eventually warmed up but my husband and I were discouraged and were praying for just one decent shot. With their many clients and busy schedule, BellEva had a quick turnaround time. They delivered our images within a week. When we clicked the link, we were absolutely blown away by the images. Florian is a true miracle worker and was able to capture around 100 shots. The images were all very beautiful and organic and definitely depicted a typical day in the life of parents with two young kids. He was able to capture the natural and raw emotions of our family. Aundrea and Florian covered our whole wedding day when my husband and I were married in Maui on June 10th, 2016 and we couldn't have chosen a better photography team!!! My family and I had a great experience from the first phone call to the photo shoot to the delivery of the photos. Aundrea was easy to work with - we scheduled some time and paid a small deposit. The weather on the day of the photos turned questionable so we approached her about rescheduling. She did not hesitate to reschedule and did not charge us anything for it. She is clearly focussed upon giving her customers an easy and great experience. When the day of the shoot came she had great ideas and was able to capture photos in a very fun and natural way. We could not have asked for a better photographer for our big day, Aundrea was simply THE BEST! She jumped right in and made me (the bride) at ease as she went right to work. My family also commented on her ability to make everyone feel comfortable throughout the evening as we all took photos together (which can sometime be awkward as two families become one).
