I have had a terrible experience with this company, so bad I need to warn others about the cheap deals. A facial is meant to be a calming and refreshing experience but I did not even get my treatment just the owner shouting at me about poor made appointments on there behalf. I am shaking just thinking about this. She was so rude to me I cant explain and they wont refund my money. Me- This is an excerpt from an email that they sent me, now I'm even more shaky... Bella Vital - "Saw your interesting posting on Yelp. Thank goodness your almost illiterate review gets lost i... reviews... Your review sounds like sour grapes, so let's get to the bottom of the untruths here. If you want a refund or extort moneys from this business, you need to substantiate more facts please, then identify yourself, and very importantly, identify the reason why you want money from this business. Under the Consumer Affairs laws, refunds are applicable only if the goods have a fault but refunds are not applicable if customers change their minds about purchases. So what is it in your case and what did you actually purchase? This definitely sounds like extortion. Please explain the entire circumstances and please explain publicly, otherwise the appropriate legal action will be followed. If you can't explain something with any degree of literacy, then you should not make allegations because it will result in legal action against you. Your review makes you look foolish, as it lacks substance, and prevents reconciliation. When it is established who you are, and whether extortion is your game, then we will call the police to intervene.") i have been attending for laser hair removal the last couple months and have received a very friendly service at Bella Vital. Thea and Julie are very professional and keep the salon in a very clean and presentable manner. I found it gave such a wonderful family business vibe to be greeted by the lovely lady at reception. I don't agree at all with Michelle M, other than her comment about making up your own mind about visiting the salon. I lost my own grandmother a few months ago so i may have a bigger soft spot for the more mature people in our society and in general i just love the oldies! But really, the lady at reception is an absolute treasure and we should all be so lucky to have a grandmother or mother who is able to do the great job she does at her age. Shame on you Michelle M for those comments, however it is fairly obvious that you mustn't have had the pleasure and fortune of being raised with older people in your life. They may not be as quick as they used to be and may be easily overwhelmed but i am sure that if you reflected a little, you would see there is more to life than a young face and quick pace. read more

i have attended the salon three times for a course of laser treatments and have always been greeted by name with a smile. i am comfortable exposing my "wobbly bits" to the well trained and respectful staff and letting Julie advise me on how to maximise the benefits of treatment. I paid almost equivalent for a course of treatment here than i did for a single session at another salon where i was attended b y a twenty -something who does not yet know about post baby bodies, stretch marks, adult acne, wrinkling and scarring . All the staff are real people, and the family feel of the place allows me to relax and ask for help with my appearance without feeling bad. read more

Bella Vital offer excellent deals, take care of me personally as a client. They are professional and have suberb services. I adore the fact that they are a family business and that they have an older receptionist is awesome!!! It makes me feel comfortable more so than other beauty spas with younger inexperiences workers. The services I have received have been second to none, and I have experienced many other Salons in Adelaide and throughout Europe. Definitely avoid, yes the equipment looks new, and the environment looks nice enough, but the staff I have had dealings with have both been rude, abusive and don't seem to have any form of customer service skills in my opinion. Cheap promotions, but not worth the grief, and awkwardness. read more
