I recently sold my home in Florida. My realtor recommended Bella Title and Escrow. I no longer live in the state of Fl so this was a mail away closing. Unfortunately, Bella Title did not contact me. I had to call the week before closing to get information from a not so knowledgeable staff member. When asked if they had insurance to cover for wire fraud she replied...."you would think so." I then spoke to the owner, who I thought had understood my request to have a more seasoned person help me with my closing. The very next day the same not so knowledgeable person contacted me. Of course, this did not give me anymore confidence in them. We painfully got through closing. Did you know they retain $200 just in case you do not pay your water bill? Well, strike 2. I sent them the receipt after paying the water bill and was met with.....we need to check with the water department before we send the check. Guess what? Five weeks later and no check. I had to call yet again. I am not into third chances. Thumbs down on this business. Move on. read more

We recently completed our second real estate transaction through Bella Title & Escrow and once again we were very pleased and impressed. Upon commencing a recent refinance we were steered by the lender toward a remote Title Company that utilizes a "mobil closer" that would be unknown to us until the time of closing. We immediately recalled the efficient and professional closing we experienced through Bella. There was no hesitation on our part and we immediately switched. Upon our arrival on closing day we were greeted by by Mr. Lee Evans who took us into the conference room and insured we were comfortable. Our closing officer, Ms. Michelle Wilkie arrived shortly and did an outstanding job moving through and explaining the process. We were quite pleased when a witness was required Ms. Beth Bella, the owner and Michelle's mother arrived to fulfill the task. We were impressed with her sincerity and how she spent some time just visiting with us. I would also like to mention both Ms. Haley Scheffter and Ms. Kirsten Zarm who assisted during the process to completion.
