His quote was significantly less than two other businesses I had look at my tree as well. They showed up on time the day they were to start and immediately got to work taking down a huge diseased maple in my yard. It took 2 business days to take the whole tree down below grade (stump grinding included) and clean up. After all was said and done, my yard was cleaner than before they started, and every effort was made to make sure I was satisfied with the work ITW performed. I was left with some cut firewood and a huge pile of mulch (He would have hauled it all if I didn't want it). I cannot give a stronger recommendation for Chad and his team.
