When messaged the business, I was met with defensiveness as it were my fault the cake had mold. The bakery had a chance to make it right but instead, chose the position to state their cakes are made fresh and any mold would be the customers fault by not refrigerating the cake. Even went so far to say, it's not mold but looks like whip cream. That's completely inaccurate. If I were to make assumptions, this fresh cake was not made on the day I picked it up.
