Bella is a true professional. I found that after my consistent appointments with her, my aches and soreness related to professional strain were gone. I am so convinced that routine sessions with Bella provide tangible both healing and preventive results. I am a nurse practitioner trained in Western medicine. I am a strong believer in holistic approach and complementary treatments that provide an added benefit that reduces the intake of pharmacological substances. Bella provides more than help with physiological strain. She is soothing, exudes comforting energy, and therapeutic touch. I have been impressed with her knowledge and instincts. She has helped me with neck tightness, TMJ tension, and lower back pain. I have continued regular treatments with her and have noticed that I no longer have to take Motrin for my aches. Bella has a gift. I so wish to see a better recognition for CAM, complementary alternative medicine, in solving basic issues without adverse effects of drugs. read more

Bella is amazing in every way. She is an extremely talented Rolfer - which to me means she can realign and transform your body without making it painful. She is also a caring, considerate person. You really feel taken care of when you see Bella. Your body feels better and so does your spirit. I looked forward to every single appointment I have had with her in the 15+ years I've been seeing her. I started with the ten series and then progressed to treating my neck and back pain. I always leave feeling like a new, improved version of myself. read more

Bella changed my life. After a lifetime of pain caused by spinal issues and trying EVERY kind of body work out there (including Rolfing with a different practitioner) - Bella changed me for life. Not only did I grow 1/2" taller (cool side effect of rolfing), but I slept better and looked better and generally felt like myself again. 10 out of 10 recommend - and yes, the full 10 series is well worth it. read more

Bella is an amazing Rolfer. I am a physical fitness instructor and I quickly noticed she has a strong knowledge of the body. I could also tell that her experience gave her a an understanding of what care my body needed each time I saw her. I immediately felt positive results from her work and I finally felt like I found a body worker that can take care of my needs. I highly recommend Bella to anyone that is looking for quality body work. read more

Bella is nothing short of amazing! I saw her for chronic neck and back and the relief she provided was nothing short of a miracle. Before seeing Bella, I had received treatment from M.D.s, physical therapists, chiropractors, acupuncturists, and traditional massage therapists. While some of these treatments helped, nothing came close to being as effective as Bella's rolfing. I've had a couple dozen people work on my body over the years. Bella is the best! She has a deep knowledge of the body and intuitive sense for how to facilitate its healing. When I first saw her, my body was extremely stiff and always in pain. I would get trigger points (knots) the size of golf balls in my back and neck and had scar tissue from previous injuries throughout my body, which restricted my range of motion. I had nearly resigned myself to a life of chronic pain until I stumbled upon rolfing in Cathryn Jakobson Ramin's book Crooked. I decided to give it a try and was extremely lucky to have found Bella. She was able to bring my body back to a level I didn't think possible. To those suffering from chronic pain and are curious about rolfing, try it! It's the best investment in my health I ever made. I wish I did it years earlier. It's more expensive than traditional massage, but incomparable in effectiveness. If you decide to go this route, you'll be in great hands with Bella. She is not only a gifted body worker and healer, she's an amazing person who truly cares about people. I can't recommend her enough! read more

Bella is a miracle worker. Seriously - she will change your life. After many, many visits to chiropractors, acupuncturists and massage therapists, I was done with temporary solutions. Bella is kind, compassionate and has magical healing abilities. She also has a killer sense of humor, which really comes in handy when she's working on a particularly painful area. Rolfing is definitely intense and will leave you in a bit of temporary pain, but Bella will give you little exercises to do between sessions to minimize any discomfort. The long term results FAR outweigh the short term pain - I highly recommend it. I completed my ten series with Bella almost a year ago, and happily report that I haven't felt better - ever. read more

After my first session with Bella I felt an amazing amount of relief on my lower back (a spot where I've had an injury and collect frequent pain)! Her expertise in the body, her care and attention to ask about what happened and how it effected me, her serene treatment room and her demeanor as a body worker helped me to feel comfortable and able to physically and mentally unwind. Can't wait to go back for another session with her. If you're in Santa Fe you should definitely book a treatment! read more

I am a Chiropractor and truly understand the benefit of soft tissue work. I only recently had the opportunity to try Rolfing for the first time. Bella is very talented. She has a very calming, yet direct touch. I hope that more people take the opportunity in trying Rolfing. I have full confidence in anyone that is treated under her care. I understand why she has such great reviews!!! read more

What Bella does is nothing short of series of small miracles. Because of her amazing work i have been able to reduce my pain and increase my range of motion without drugs or surgery. She is friendly, talented and really cares about her clients. Don't be scared off by the term Rolfing - her bodywork is intense but you'll leave feeling refreshed and centered, not beaten up. I continue to recommend her to anyone suffering from pain. read more

Bella is a miracle worker. I am currently a second year Chiropractic student and I have taken my cousin everywhere from Chiropractors to Physical Therapists to Spine Specialists at Stanford and none have been able to make as big of an improvement in my cousin health as Bella. My cousin has been suffering from chronic low back pain for over 4 years to the point where at 30 years old she is unable to walk or stand completely straight as well as sciatica which keeps her up a minimum of 3 hours per night. She recently got pregnant and all of her pain pretty much tripled and Bella has been the only person able to manage her pain and we have been able to see visible differences in her posture. Not only does Bella help with my cousins physical ailments but she has been an amazing support system for this single mom undergoing her first pregnancy. Bella is sweet and truly cares about her patients. While others said that their was no hope of improvements, Bella has been uplifting and encouraging every step of the way. If you want to see miracles happen as well as be with a health provider that listens and understands the emotional unrest that comes with any physical ailment come to Bella. read more

A friend recommended Bella to me, and I've never been sorry for giving her a try. Bella is super professional and friendly. i have to say I was worried before my first meeting with her, but her warmth and friendliness put me at ease. Bella worked out the stress I carry in my shoulders and back. She talked me through everything that she did and explained my body and her work in terms that I easily understood. I feel like a lump of very happy, putty after each meeting. I highly recommend you give her a try. One session and you'll be hooked. read more

I was so scared to try Rolfing! Everyone I knew who had done it before told me it was going to be so painful that I would cry. Bella is so super nice and puts you at ease immediately. She also seems to have a sixth sense about how much pressure is just enough. I have had chronic upper back tension for years and although massages helped it would get tight again within days. I highly recommend Rolfing to anyone who has chronic pain. It really helps release everything and keeps the pain away. I am an unofficial massage whore and Bella has the most talented hands around. A definite bonus is how much (or little) she charges. Do your research... her prices are well below the norm for Rolfing. They're similar to what you would pay for a deep tissue massage elsewhere and Rolfing kicks massages butt! read more

Every time I leave her office I feel 100% better! I first went to Bella for ongoing pain in my neck and shoulder that I hadn't been able to get rid of after a car accident. I work sitting at a desk and by the end of the day I would always be sore, often in pain. That's not the case anymore, thanks to Bella. More recently, I had a sciatica problem that was causing an issue with my leg and she fixed that too! Bella was highly recommended by my chiropractor and I have to say, I almost didn't believe it was possible to feel normal again but thanks to her bodywork I do. I wish I'd found her sooner! read more

All of the other 5 star reviews on Bella are right on point! She is the BEST. I have scoliosis and she makes my condition much more tolerable and comfortable. But besides being awesome at what she does, she is extremely knowledgable about the human body as a whole, she is very professional and reliable, and she is just a good person overall. My husband and I have been going to her since 2013 and we feel so blessed to know her and have her in our lives. If I could give her 6 stars I would! read more

I had Bella work on me 6 months after a car wreck. She managed to work out some pain issues I was having in my arm, and gave me a bit of a tune up for my whole body. I recommend her services to everyone. read more
