I found Roberts' Ranch Catering & Events here on Yelp. My younger sister and I were planning a…read morebachelorette party in Palm Springs for our older sister. They popped up because they are in La Quinta. During the year it took to plan this party, Chef Mark and Amy were SUPER responsive and transparent. They provided us menus and quotes for what we wanted. We wanted a late breakfast/brunch for the bachelorette party. We chose the biscuits with jam, "crack" bacon, scrambled eggs, and country potatoes. At first we thought our selections were too simple, but WE WERE WRONG. The "crack" bacon was the star of the show. It was the best bacon any of us ever had. We still talk about the bacon, and the breakfast as a whole. I would recommend Roberts' Ranch Catering to anyone that wants catering. They did everything from set up, cooking, plating, serving and clean up. Thank you, Chef Mark and Amy, for everything! We are still talking about your cooking :)

They were so professional and even better, the food was absolutely outstanding. What matters most to me now is how businesses handle Covid protocol and they had masks on the entire time and practice safety social distancing. The food was everything and more. The ingredients were fresh and made with love, you could just tell and with every bite there was a new feeling of satisfaction. The portions were out of this world so make sure to have an appetite because you will not be eating lightly. The next time we're in Palm Springs area, we know exactly who to contact.

Our experience of Mother's Catering came as guests at a casual wedding reception at Holiday Shores…read moreClubhouse. Dinner was a build-your-own taco bar: tables full of tortillas and nacho chips and shredded cheese and sour cream and salsa and lettuce and peppers and olives, etc. It really looked like something my mother would have put together for house full of my friends, and that's a compliment. No-nonsense, reasonably-priced (I imagine) fresh-and-tasty, fill-'em-up food.

With dinner my wife and I normally have between 2-3 drinks and takes us an hour in and out. Our waiter took 30 mins to get our first drink and take our dinner order and then someone else brought out our dinner and had to ask her to tell our waiter that we wanted another round since we hadn't seen her for 30 mins. This is the norm for this place. Great product but TERRIBLE service. Last time we make thE same mistake.

It was a beautiful table set with a very eclectic mix of dinnerware. Really cute. The tasting consisted of two appetizers, two salads, two entrees and two sides. Everything that we tasted was delicious. goat cheese and duxelles on toast, shrimp cocktail, chicken piccata, beef tenderloin, pasta with green peas and dill, green beans, mashed potatoes and wine. The chef who prepared the food brought it out and explained it all to us. Very impressive. The menu has a large variety of choices. If you are planning a wedding, the space includes a chapel, bride and groom dressing areas and a lounge upstairs. It is a very cool space. The people were super nice and explained everything to us. What a nice evening. Nestled in the cute Holly Hills neighborhood. I highly recommend!

I say this because the restaurant doesn't have the largest sign in front, and it's only open on Sundays from 9am-2pm. But when you finally visit, well, your taste buds will thank you. I've heard of Seed Sprout Spoon here and there but had never thought of visiting. My spouse and I were craving brunch one day (actually, we crave brunch everyday), so I started doing what I normally do, scroll through Yelp. Seed Sprout Spoon came up, and I looked more into it and realized it was only open on Sundays from 9am-2pm. Wait... it is Sunday and it's before 2pm! We can make it! We arrived around noon and the restaurant was quite busy. We ended up sharing a table a few other people, but that didn't bother me. I ordered the Egg in a Hole B.L.T., and my spouse had the quiche. It took quite awhile for our food to come, probably because it was really busy, but when it did, it was well worth the wait! The Egg in a Hole B.L.T. didn't just come with a fried egg. There's a egg IN THE BREAD! On both pieces! That's next level right there. I loved the brioche bread from Companion, with thick tomato slices, Patchwork bacon, and herb mayo. This sandwich was a work of art! If you love brunch, this is a definitely a place you HAVE to checkout! We'll be back to check out the other items!

They have fun "naughty" (you can find the boozy flavors on the Missouri side of the river) and "nice" (non alcoholic) flavors that are always rotating. It is a bit of a splurge, but absolutely worth it for a unique, high quality ice scream for ice cream experience with that vintage vibe.
