The decorations and pricing were reasonable, but the organization and communication regarding my daughter's quinceañera dress were very disappointing.
When we rented the dress, we were given a price. Later, we were told that if we picked up the dress a month early, we would have to pay an additional fee. This was never clearly explained upfront. The photographer they recommended was the one who set the photo date, and he was only available a month in advance. We also wanted my daughter to be fitted a month before the event to make sure the dress fit properly and to allow time for any necessary adjustments. Because of this, we needed the dress earlier than usual, and the additional charge felt unfair and unexpected.
Another concern is that they do not use contracts, which creates confusion and unnecessary stress when planning such an important event.
We were also told that they would order my daughter's crowns and contact us when they arrived. However, we never received a call. When we followed up, they simply showed us the crowns they already had in stock. Better communication would have been appreciated.
Overall, the experience became much more stressful than it needed to be. The staff should be more upfront about pricing, policies, and timelines from the beginning. While I chose this business because of its good reviews and convenient local location, I'm not sure I would use them again for a dress rental.
