My sister brought pictures of what she wanted and they spent a few minutes going over the pictures and the budget. I was not completely paying attention but I believe we picked five dresses. After trying on 3 (she loved the first two and hated the 3rd one), Johna picked out a dress which ended up being the one. In my sister's words, "I don't want to try on another dress." Bonus: the dress was way below our budget. What really made it a five star experience was: we were visiting from out of town and I was worried that my sister wouldn't find anything in the two days we set aside for dress shopping. However, we were running on ethnic time and were about 15 minutes late to our 90 minute appointment. Despite this, we weren't rushed at all (if anything, I was the one most conscious of the time). Johna was super sweet, gave specific/useful feedback with each dress and paced the appointment so that we had time to really soak in the moment, take pictures, and joke around. Afterwards, we celebrated with crepes and ice cream next door at Crêpe Du Jour. It was such a wonderful afternoon and exactly the experience I was hoping for. Another bonus: we canceled the other appointments and spent the rest of the weekend vegging out.

Bobbette was at the front and said she didn't have an appointment for some time, immediately found me a changing room, let me try it on, it didn't fit. Ran to the back found one a little too large, but recommended some tailors that could get this dress in time for me. I am not high maintenance, to be honest, I'm just trying to get this wedding done and over with so I can start my life with my fiancé. Bobbette, quickly took care of me and found me a veil that brought me to tears. She was so hospitable, helpful, and kind. Without her assistance i would have walked out of there pretty bummed. The last two visits I had Laney help me and she was fantastic! Super friendly, helpful and kind. If you sign up for rewards you are constantly getting deals for online and in store. Some of the deals are pretty good discounts that may help you with your purchase. Which is also helpful. I get reminder texts etc. At checkout they offered me a couple things I didn't need and there was zero pressure after I said no.

The fitting went well with the exception that the dress we ordered was nearly completely sheer; significantly more than the sample dress. We were comforted with Madison Carolina's offer to send lining so Lauren would be comfortable and the dress would be acceptable to wear in her church wedding. Unfortunately, despite many attempts communication with the store, we did not receive the fabric until just shy of 12 WEEKS from her fitting. It is worth noting the staff is very friendly and accomodating during the on-site visits. Their gowns are beautiful with something for many brides. I want to leave a 5 star review, but until the poor communication, lack of organization, empty excuses, and lack of apology improves, I can not recommend this bridal and prom store.

We have been lied to multiple times, and even told that WE were lying because they did not want to be responsible for causing problems. The owner is the only woman who has talked straight to us. I must give her credit for stepping up to the plate, but the low level of service is unacceptable. I am just now finding out that we should have looked closer before choosing this bridal shop. Their BBB (better business bureau) accreditation has been revoked and they have an F grade. Their staff now hold grudges against us and we cannot get good service. The wedding was under a month away and we were stuck with nothing. They finally delivered a couple of weeks before.
