She banned me and said that she would have me arrested if I would go to any of their offices after I asked for my money back. I still have about four treatments left. After that she sent me an email calling me a BITCH! Please do not give them any of your money. Do not use this business they really don't give a crap as long as they're getting your money. Jessica, at the Anahiem location, was always so nice and gave me helpful tips throughout the process. The only thing I could say I would like to change would be the time. The description says 30min sessions, but we don't get the full 30min. I feel that wasn't explained properly. So you really get 15-20min MAX of your 30min session. It would be great to actually get 30min of your session on the table and getting treatment instead of using those 30min for measuring, setting up, pictures and then treatment! read more

I have had 4 sessions so far and I love it! I go to the Downey location at Stonewood mall. Ana is the tech who works in the PM now and she is great! She focuses on the stubborn areas and really gets into it! I definitely recommend. One thing I would recommend for the text reminders is to add that the salon is in the Sola Suites. This will help new customers find the location a lot better! I decided to do it again however I got refunded back because the owner is unprofessional, rude, and seems to enjoy arguing. (Super sweet in person but total raging bitch over the phone) SHE WAS BRAGGING about working on El Chapo's mistress and how she had to move slots around to go do the treatment at her home. SO I FIND IT HILARIOUS how she cannot move me down a time slot but she'll do it for a certain client she favors. MAYBE FOR CLOUT???? Oh and by the way she started raising her voice as she got defensive. You would think a business owner would understand HIPPA & clients privacy. I was okay with rescheduling but her shitty attitude not to mention terrible customer service is not where I'd spend my money for a treatment. I really wanted to rate this place a 5 and I just couldn't. I purchased 2 different treatments and here is how it went. I went for a body wrap in Downey, and was really given NO prior instruction. I got to the place and no one answered at the door. It's a little confusing because there's no receptionist and no one to direct you. Again no instructions were given so when I got there I felt a little lost. The tech who did the body wrap was "ok" she just told me to take off my clothes and to lay down. I didn't like how she got on her phone and was talking the whole time. Using the word "verga" in each sentence. Once the wrap time was over I was given a hand towel to wipe myself from my own sweat. I wasn't given the chance to shower cause they had no hot water . So I drove home in sweaty clothes!! The second treatment was the body cavitation. Again no instructions , I couldn't find the location (Riverside) I was confused and even walked into the barber shop lol. Anyways the first tech I got just again didn't tell me how it worked or what I should do for better results I was just told take off your clothes and lay on the table. She rushed through my 30 mins appointment she took me off the table within 18 mins of my session. The second tech I got was Alicia and she did a great job! I felt like I was getting the treatment I deserved. The 3rd tech was learning and did better than the first time. The company does lack a little bit of care. They should show they care for a client and not just a back to back appointment. I just felt like you were in and out and hurry cause someone is after you. I'm absolutely impressed and loving my results. I am currently on my 3rd session of 10 & I cannot wait to see the final results! Viri & Selena are super nice & professional. It is a bit painful the first time but definitely worth it. I also use their tea, and thermoactive slimming cream. (The best best BEST one I've tried) I will definitely be back to work on other problem areas. YES you are required to follow a diet, workout & drink water. I tried this treatment and was definitely not what I expected as my nephew knew a friend that have done this treatment and was told it worked and highly recommended. From the first appointment till the last appointment not once did it feel right. To begin personnel was unprofessional. I got my first measurements read out to me and photo taken there after the measurements were written on sticky note but never reviewed with me nor the progress of the treatment through out appointments. In fact the last two treatments personnel wasn't even expecting me and was surprised I showed up. Which they short the time of treatment and felt they just quickly rubbed stomach and kept a conversation going and just said okay you done. I was expecting last photos to be taken and compared with first appointments and feedback and full review of appointments and recommendation to follow up with additional appointments to see better results but there was none of that. I would definitely not recommend this place for body sculpting or weight loss did not even see minimal change in my body. By the way their initial recommendation were followed stay off carbs and sugar and wear a gurtel. Yes, I was a client at your at your Anaheim suite, you can find me under Laura I. I am extremely dissatisfied with this place and I have not even started my treatments with them. I show up to the Downey location for my appointment today at 8:00pm. No one from this place called to tell me that they were closed due to the pandemic. Yes, i get we are in a pandemic but there are some places that are opened inside the mall and so I assumed this place was opened. I am waiting and calling and nothing. I decide to send an email. I get a call right away from Alex V the owner stating that I should have been checking their Instagram stories and highlights, I guess blaming me for their lack of communication. I told her that I have been calling them several times this week for an update on my session and no answer. Finally, when i got through today someone took down my name and phone number and said they would call back. No one ever did. Then Alex V was so rude to me, telling me that if I wanted her to break into the mall just to have treatment sessions and that it is out of her control what happens. I shared with her that it is her business and it is in her control to have proper communication with people to tell them that their appointments are canceled until further notice. She told me she can't call 200 people. Yet, you had a lot of time since you closed to relay this message to people who paid you for services and you failed to do so. I asked her for her full name and she said her name is Alex and that her last name is none of my business. As a business owner, a better way to handle a situation like this is to not be rude to your customer (s), to be more empathetic and to try your best to make things better for your customer (s). Not by being rude, sarcastic, arguing with me, and plain unprofessional. Alex started raising her voice at me and got defensive right away. I asked for a refund and she said they do not give refunds. I heard about Bella body treatments from Instagram. I started looking at their page and what caught my eyes were the people's results after their treatments. So I decided to give it a try and so far I have done the treatment 3 times already and I did notice a difference especially on my love handles I notice when I would wear my jeans felt better wearing them.
