My husband and I had a great experience with Vicky! She was a joy to work with, we were excited to have her on our team for our special day. Vicky's professionalism and expertise made for minimal stress planing a wedding during the pandemic. Our photos came out beautiful and we are so grateful that we had Vicky's support to help create these memories on our special day. We had our wedding in Oct 2024 and the florals turned out absolutely stunning! Vicky took my vision and made it into reality after a few detailed zoom meetings. I was very set on a full floral arch and she created a piece that was even more amazing than what I had hoped for and even helped out with the arch rental! Delivery was perfectly timed to multiple destinations for the bridal/groom party and the venue and the design exceeded every expectation! Highly recommend! read more

My husband and I got married back in May 2022. We were one of the many affected couples by the COVID 19 pandemic and changed our wedding date three times. Each time, Vicky was phenomenal to work with and get back on track to have a magical wedding day. I loved meeting her in her cute little Sacramento office. She offered snacks and beverages which I thought was a really sweet sentiment of hospitality and really caring for your clients. As if those little touches weren't already above and beyond - she delivered on the wedding day! The flowers were absolutely breath taking. She listened intently to what my vision was and executed flawlessly. I would highly recommend her for any floral needs! Thanks you Vicky - my family and I are forever grateful! read more

I have worked with Vicky for years as vendor partners and selecting her as the vendor for my wedding florals was the first thing I crossed off the list. Not only is Vicky incredibly talented, she is reliable and a joy to work with! She makes the whole process so easy and fun! Not to mention my florals, MY FLORALS, they were perfect!! All of my guests raved about them and I couldn't stop smiling the whole day looking at how everything had come together. She took my vision, and ran with it, delivering florals that I dreamed of! Thank you Vicky for your amazing work and being such a huge perfect part of my big day! read more

We had our wedding in September, we asked for fall colors (orange, cream, greenery) and she did that. She made our dreams a reality and I am so thankful for that. All we had to do was show her a picture of what we wanted and she made it happen. She is creative, attentive, helpful and overall the best. She made our wedding day absolutely beautiful and I am forever thankful for her and her crew. read more

I had to send Sympathy flowers and a plant to two different family members. I had my sister-in-law take a picture of the flowers she received since I've had a couple really bad experiences with an online flower service (FTD). So now I ask for pictures and this company did a fabulous job & they received just what I ordered. Highly recommend!!! read more

Vicky was such a pleasure to work with!! I am not too familiar with types of flowers and greenery but had a specific vision for my wedding. Meeting with her twice before our big day was the best way for us come up with the flowers of my dreams! We only had 6 months to plan and she made it so easy. She listened to everything I was looking for and had me send her all of my Pinterest obsessions lol. From the arch, to the centerpieces, to my GORGEOUS bouquet and my husbands boutonnière, I was in love. When our big day came, i knew I didn't have to worry about a thing. Thanks for everything Vicky!! read more

When we were looking for a florist for our wedding, people immediately pointed us to Bella Bloom. We are so happy we chose Bella Bloom, as Vicky came through huge for us! In our meetings, she listened to our ideas for the florals and gave us valuable guidance using her many years of experience. She also helped us with decorations, as she had multiple items that we were able to use for our altar, aisles, and sweetheart table. Her pricing was fair. On wedding day, she and her team delivered our flowers on time, worked hard during setup, and made our venue look gorgeous. We still are in awe of how pretty everything turned out. Wedding planning is hectic. Hiring Bella Bloom will give you a vendor that you never have to worry about. read more

Vicky was a dream to work with! Her floral design matched my wedding vision to perfection! She listened to what I was looking for and was super hospitable when we did an in person consultation in the months leading up to our wedding. She also offered Chuppah rentals, which was much easier than making or renting something on our own to bring to our venue! My husband and I highly recommend Bella Bloom for your floral needs! read more

Vicky is amazing and was wonderful to work with! She did all of our florals for our wedding at the Vizcaya, which was a big task. Vicky was very helpful and organized throughout all of our meetings and conversations, she really helped my husband and I bring our vision to life. Drop-off at the venue was so simple and easy. Vicky was so fun and easy to work with and she brought my vision to life beautifully!! My husband and his groomsmen are all duck hunters and I asked her about mixing in their feathers into the boutonnières and she nailed it and all the guys loved them! Our bouquets were gorgeous and complimented our theme perfectly, as well as all the table florals and large floral arrangements. Ordered live arrangements for tables, outfits, and a tree installation for my wedding. They were so beautiful. I definitely had occasional internal struggles on how much we were spending for flowers but it was well worth it. The arrangements were so pretty and the tree installation was amazing. Bouquets and boutonnieres were super cute. The only weird thing was they knew they were doing a tree installation and didn't have a ladder, so I had to go get them one out of our garage in my tux. read more

Vicky was awesome, and I loved the flowers. We hired her to do all the bouquets, corsages, center pieces, and decorative flowers for our wedding. Everything was beautiful the day of, and I was very happy. I really loved the centerpieces, which were all different for each table based on our personalized sterling silver containers. My favorite part was the flower head piece, so gorgeous. There were a couple times that she was not quickly responsive and late to appointments, but I know wedding season can be very hectic. I also was a little unhappy with the flowers on the aisle- was supposed to be dense rose petals and was not as dense as I expected based on the photos we looked at and agreed on. Nothing that would prevent me from using her or recommending her services. Plus I want to say a special thank you for helping out when one of our other vendors screwed up on the candle holders and other things. She really had a vision and executed it. Thank you! read more

When my husband used to work downtown, his work used to order flower arrangements from this place. Then he ordered flowers for me and we've been loyal customers since! Bella Bloom did our beautiful flowers for our wedding! Vicky was very nice and easy to work with and really did a great job making everything look EXACTLY how we dreamed it to be! Also, the price we paid was reasonable and Vicky helped us stay within budget without sacrificing quality! Sadly Bella Bloom no longer does individual orders (I always LOVED it when my husband got me flowers here) and now only does events. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it'll come back in the future!! read more

I've been contacting this business for over a year now. I've left multiple messages and have yet to hear back. I won a $300 gift certificate for Bella Bloom from the 2015 Firehouse bridal showcase and have been unable to reach this business! I posted a picture of my prize, I am not a liar. Typo, 2015 (last year). Your reply to my electronic message must have gone to my "junk" folder because I never saw it. As a courtesy and a good business woman you should have returned my calls or followed up. However, you did not. read more

I am so glad I chose Bella Bloom for my wedding. Vicky was very accommodating with all the last minute changes due to Covid. I showed her what my vision was for my bouquet and table centerpieces and she knocked it out of the ballpark. They were absolutely beautiful and exactly what I wanted. She even drove all the way out to my house (which is near Auburn) to deliver everything since we changed the plans and had our wedding at my house instead of the original venue we had chosen. After speaking with Vicki the first time I knew it would be amazing. Vicki saw my vision and executed it to perfection. She had recommendations as she had worked at my venue (the Firehouse) multiple times and gave new ideas that I had never thought of and were the most perfect final touches to our venue. Our centerpieces were so gorgeous everyone was raving and my bouquet was to die for! She was worried as one of my flowers I wanted incorporated was out of season and Vicki went above and beyond to find a local farmer who still had some in stock to make sure that she was able to provide me with exactly what I was hoping for! She and Xeng were amazing to work with and made my day so relaxed and care free I could not thank them enough for helping execute the most perfect and gorgeous wedding ceremony and reception. On the rare occasion I actually buy flowers, this proved to be an excellent choice. The owner was very nice. I showed up 5 minutes after closing time on a Friday, knocked on the door, she let me in and even gave me a couple of extra flowers for free. I'm not particularly flower savvy, but I do appreciate good service. So 5 stars all around. Also, the store had some nice letterpress cards and various flower paraphernalia. read more

I knew as soon as I met with Vicky that she was the right florist for us to work with. She understood my vision and color scheme from the very beginning and I knew she would do a beautiful job. She has great planning tools to make sure every little thing is covered, and her rates are very reasonable. She even does a complimentary boutonniere for the groom, and toss bouquet for the Bride. Vicky is professional, extremely sweet, and very responsive. She set up a payment plan for us and then sat down with me again once the wedding was close to finalize all of our details. On the day of the event, I was starting to doubt the colors I had picked (peach bridesmaid dresses, and groomsmen were in tan suits with a light blue tie) and was worried they wouldn't come together. Then Vicky shows up with my GORGEOUS bouquet and it tied everything together perfectly! The bouquets, alter piece, centerpiece, and ceremony decor were absolutely beautiful and made our overall ambiance breathtaking. My photographer couldn't get over how beautiful all of our floral arrangements were, and our guests said the same thing. I received tons of compliments on my color choices, and I know it's because of Vicky! Thank you again to Vicky and Bella Bloom, for helping to make our day so beautiful! read more

Vicky was such a great partner for our recent wedding! It was clear from the start that Vicky approached her work with professionalism, taking time to listen to our ideas and really working to understand what we wanted. Our initial phone consults with her were very helpful, and we later met her in person to go over photos and other details for the event. She also showed us an impressive amount of rental items to select from, including vases, pillars, candle holders, and other accessories. Leading up to the wedding, she was responsive and great to work with, helping to finalize our floral order and making sure everything was addressed. On the day of the wedding, she was there in person to help set things up and make sure everything was properly displayed, and items handed off to our wedding planner to distribute to family members when the time came. When we finally saw everything on the wedding day, it was simply beautiful. Vicky is exceptional florist, but she was also a partner in making our wedding day so memorable. Vicky did my wedding last year and we had a really great experience working with her. Off the bat, the flowers were gorgeous and they looked great. Vicky was very friendly and I would really like to give them 5 stars...I would. I only had a couple complaints. I realize this sounds frivolous, but I had specifically stated in my requests that I didn't want orange lilies in my altar flowers. That is exactly what we got. They looked great and no one knew but me....but it wasn't right. One more TEENY thing....the ribbon on my bouquet was the wrong color orange. Huge to a bride, but no one else noticed. Even with those small things, I would absolutely recommend Bella Bloom. We worked well together and Vicky worked easily within my budget. She was very accommodating and friendly. read more

I contacted the company via voicemail to ask for a consult and it took them almost 4 weeks to respond.

Bella Bloom Flowers is wonderful. I would never go anywhere else for flowers. The arrangements are always beautiful- full of fresh, vibrant flowers that last a long time. Vicky is wonderful to work with. She's made some special arrangements for me and also went out of her way to pick up mistletoe when I requested it for a party during the holiday season. I had Bella Bloom flowers make a special arrangement for my mother's birthday. It was delivered to the restaurant so it would be at the table when we arrived for dinner. The arrangement was perfect and beautiful. Other diners would walk by the table and actually do a double take to look at the flowers. It was that pretty. I would highly recomend using Bella Bloom for any of your flower needs! There are a couple of differents florists in the area, but Bella Bloom should be your go-to florist. Bella Bloom and Vicky are great- the arrangements are always fresh, plentiful, well styled, and beautiful. Vicky and the staff at Bella Bloom are also wonderful to work with- they go out of their way to help fill your order and get any special flowers you want. UPDATE: I got another arrangment from Bella Bloom. This time it was for myself. The flowers were absolutely stunning and are still looking beautiful- it's been over a week! As long as I live in Sacramento I will always use Bella Bloom- they are by far the best florist shop in town!!! read more
