On my most recent trip in, I was looking for a new cowboy hat. One of mine blew off and got stepped on by Wyatt. It left an unsightly dent on the front of the brim. The sales lady asked if I had the hat saying she might be able to reshape it.... In a manner of 5 minutes, she had it reshaped and looking almost as good as new! Even better, when I asked her how much for fixing my hat? Her reply was "Free!" It's a service they supply when you purchase hats there! What a great value!! Looking for good walking shoes for her today wasn't to be completed here, they had a few, most were basically costume jewelry quality it seemed. The name brands that they had, they did not have in her size. Now, I can't fault them for that, this isn't the type of store that keeps constant stock of any one item, what's on the shelves is pretty much what they get in the shipping boxes. My rating is based on our overall experience and not with the lack of sizes.
