THIS time, he replied with "I am busy and will call you back." Great. No problem. He didn't. I called a THIRD time and he replied, "I will call you back shortly." Great. No problem. Again, he didn't. So he's either REALLY BAD at his job, or he's just have a great time *messing* with potential clients. Either way, it's an awful look.
