Kirby did a great job of explaining all the processes to me, asking questions about my belongings while they packed up my belongings and were friendly and conscientious with my cats. It took the crew a day to pack up 2 bedrooms, including a master and the ensuite bathroom, including the walk-in closet. The crew returned, led by Trey, to start demo, which was completed in a very efficient manner (under 2 days). The gentlemen were very polite and left my house as clean as it could be in the situation. The ServPro team made a hellacious experience lovely. I hope I never have to use them again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to call them. I will recommend them again and again. I can't say anything about the price because my insurance covered it, but based on the work they did, and the amount of time they did it in, I would say it was definitely worth it.

Their service is just top notch, they really care about their jobs and are always thorough. I originally used them as a "one time" job to rodent proof my garage. They figured out what had to be done including replacing the rubber seal at the bottom of the garage door, adding steel wool where the rodents could get in and better sealing the top of the door. We haven't had a rodent in the garage since. The job was so thorough that I ended up signing up for their monthly service and I have been happy ever since. I have since recommended them to every neighbor and at least 4 of them have used Raptor and have the same view as I do on Raptor's service and thoroughness.
