Absolutely terrible. While receiving quotes from Belbaker for wedding guest transport, they attempted to charge an extra $100 in administration fees for changing a pick up time by 30 minutes - before anything was even booked. We ended up having to pay $45 to change the 'quote'. They miss-typed the departure time, then when asked to correct it, tried to charge a fee. On the journey to the wedding venue, the driver became lost and pulled off the road to call people for directions, although guests had operating GPS on phones etc he did not acknowledge them. The guests arrived 5 minutes before the ceremony was scheduled to begin. For the return journey, the driver arrived almost an hour early, despite us being charged a fee for the later time change, and stood by the venue door, resulting in guests feeling pressured to board the bus. On the trip from Dayboro to Taigum, the driver decided to take a 'shortcut' travelling as far south as Enoggera before turning back up to Taigum, the usually 30 journey lasting over an hour. When these issues were brought to the attention of the owner of Belbaker, he responded: "we take all the complaints very seriously in order to improve our service" the same day, and stated: "I would thank you in advance for your patient until next week and look forward to talking to you next week". The past two months I have attempted to contact Belbaker three times, not once receiving any acknowledgement, response or explanation of their poor service.
