I bought a bbc cream and sunblock in Montpellier. I didn't get any samples! I also have to ask for…read morea paper bag! I noticed the elder lady before me have a voucher, she purchased two items $5 each and got lots of samples including a free paper bag. It's better to order online in U.S to get your free sample. Poor customer service. They are very stingy with giving out samples to customers in store. Also keep in mind there are no returns here too.

Je commande depuis des années très régulièrement sur le site BELATA avec toujours des réductions. Malgré quelques soucis (parfois contrôle certissim débloqué en deux jours ou commande reçu partiellement à cause de rupture de stocks), je reste globalement très satisfait de ce site si je compare le nombres de commandes passées sans encombre comparé aux commandes où j'ai eu quelques soucis. Je recommande vivement ce site pour ma part, pour les prix attractifs avec les réductions et la réception rapide des produits. read more
