Suddenly- wizard of oz comes from behind curtain demanding to have "her" artist return to the lair. This demand was authoritative, demanding and inappropriate given that I was talking with the artist. I needed my money back ... but manager called police saying I was trespassing and she didn't want my business. Yet not surprised as my shirt was for military dependents/family who had experienced foreign /domestic borders from the deployments of their service members... with appreciation for our service members going to these borders for our country. After talking about her hair and nails with another customer, she rudely asks me "Why you come in here at 4:30 we about to close?" The place doesn't close until 5 and I was just placing an order, not asking for same day service. When I told her what I wanted, which is the same thing I have gotten done two times before at this location, she told me no, that's too much to put on here. I have literally gotten the exact same thing done twice before with no problems. I then spoke with her supervisor who excused this severe lack of customer service by saying that's how she talks to everyone. When I am spending close to $200 on a gift from my company to a Veteran, I at least expect common courtesy and decent customer service. Never again.

I had a mailbox installed by Posts and Pickets. I called on a Friday and Tyler set an appointment…read morefor Monday afternoon. I have to mention that I actually called initially 2 weeks before that but had to wait for the 811 service to come and mark the ground because I was moving the mailbox to a different location. Although I didn't buy my mailbox from them directly (I had already ordered everything I needed from Lowe's) when Tyler initially came by to install my mailbox, we discovered that the bronze metal 4 inch numbers ended up not being able to fit on the mail box post area intended for their display. I was heartbroken. These numbers matched the ones on my house, and I did not want to downsize or change the font type. Tyler brainstormed an idea where he would custom build side planks from scraps wood that he had at the shop and would cover them using flashing like you use on a house so that they would be as resilient as the polyurethan post and match almost perfectly and would require little maintenance. Not only was this custom it was an inexpensive as he charged only $20 to make the planks. He sent me a mockup during the workday for my approval and was I so happy that he was even able to attach them the way I preferred, vertically on the post. He took my supplies with him and assembled my mailbox at the shop reducing the time needed to install at my home to less than an hour. He was knowledgeable, professional and easy to talk to. He even swapped out the mailbox mount plate because the one I purchased was too small for the XL mailbox that I bought. The concrete was included and he removed my old mailbox and disposed of it for free. He thought of things that I did not, like saving the soil from the new hole to fill the old hole from the previous spot and kept a perfect plug of grass to make the old hole look like it was never there! I had a wonderful experience with this service and if I come across anyone needing a new mailbox in his service area I will gladly recommend him. Look at how wonderful my mailbox turned out. Worth every penny! Thank you so much Tyler!

DO NOT USE FOR ANY DECAL WORK. DAMAGED PAINT TO MY VEHICLE…read more I brought my truck in to get a simple logo installed on my back glass. Employees were nice and kind on first arrival, took measurements, and gave me a quote of $179 for one decal. I agreed and was told to wait for a call back from JOE as the decal would take multiple days to make. I waited. Joe called me after a couple days and we scheduled the install in the morning. I arrived for my appointment and was told it would take just 10-15mjn for install and Joe would do it for me in the front parking lot. Joe installed the decal and when the decal touched any part of my paint surrounding the back window, the decal ripped my paint off my vehicle. Joe didn't say anything at first and kept smoothing out and trimming the decal. When all the extra decal was trimmed off I was left with large spots of missing paint and a messed up decal due to paint sticking underneath and against my window. Joe was apologetic but claimed he never saw anything like this happen and he would have his sign painter look at it. Another employee came out and took a look at the truck. We made another appointment to bring the truck in on a Friday and the paint would be repaired, a new decal would be installed, and my truck would be ready on Monday. I brought my truck in the following Monday, dropped it off, and was called back 15min and was told the painter was not working and would be back Wednesday. After driving multiple hours back and forth I had enough. I requested a refund and was going to use the check for $179 to get my paint repaired. I could not waste anymore time or fuel to drive back and forth. I got a paint shop to work up an estimate on damages and cost to repair. Original quote for repairs was $1,209.53. Due to the situation the paint shop agreed to fix the paint to the best they could for $500. ALL SIGNS & GRAPHICS refused to pay anything towards the estimate, stated I already had a refund of a check I didn't deposit or cash, and offered to call back if their painter could do anything about it.
