Cristi at bel salone did not listen to me when I told her what I wanted done to my hair. I explained that I wanted caramel and copper highlights. She mixed the colors together to create an orange color and died my whole head. I had a friends mom fix it and paid almost $200. She spent 3 hours coloring every strand of hair just to get the orange out. I sent Cristi a message to politely ask for a refund since she completely messed up my hair and she said that because I went to someone else that I TRUSTED, she would not refund me $115! I also explained the situation to the salon owner and she refused the refund also. Do not go to Cristi if you want your hair colored. read more

This salon is one of my favorites in the local Polk county area! The staff is friendly, fun, and willing to listen to your feedback. They offer so many different services and I've trusted them with chopping 12 inches off my hair, dying my hair bright colors (that retained well!) and countless acrylic appointments! If you are looking for a home salon that offers more than just one service, I'd definitely recommend stopping by to give them a try! Appointments are required for nails, but CoCo does a great job of keeping you company and asking for your input along the way! I spent 4 hours here getting one set of acrylic nails. The lady not only took forever to put them on, they were misshapen and falling off the next day. I had to go to my regular spot just to get them soaked off and redone. I will never go back and I don't recommend it to anyone read more

I must say that Michaela Toepfer aka MichaelaStylez who works here is a complete rip off! First off, she's extremely expensive, second you can show her countless pictures of how you'd like your hair to be and it when it doesn't turn out the way you expected it to, she blames YOU! The customer! My girlfriend and I went in to have a hair cut/style for me, and coloring/style/cut/change for her and it just turned into a HUGE mess! That girl needs to go back to beauty school! Michaela knew if was HER screw up, not the her customers, but refused to give a refund or fix the God awful mistake! We had to go to a new salon to actually get them to color correct her hair and fix it properly. I can't believe she's actually allowed to get away doing this to people. It disgusts me! I know countless people in Dallas and I certainly won't recommend them to come to this place especially to see this chick who doesn't even know how to do her job right! It's called karma. You're ripping people off and doing a cheap crap job. It'll come back and bite ya. She also messed up on my hair pretty badly as well. My girlfriend is sitting right next to me. We're talking to the owner of the salon today. Apparently this isn't her first complaint. AVOID THIS CHICK AT ALL COSTS. She'll just ruin your hair! read more
