These games are highly enjoyable because sports is the one facet of the Ivy League where the academic overdogs of the Ancient Eight become relatable underdogs as they navigate the almost professional ranks of Division I hoops. Friday night we attended Barnum & Bailey's circus. We entered in very quickly. Security was organized and quick. Our tickets were scanned and we found out seats, easily labeled. I did think to myself, it doesn't seam as clean as past event I have attended here. Also, one of our cup holders was taped together. Overall, the facility has everything needed to put on a show.

After years of exhibiting across the U.S. and internationally, local art and design studio Pneuhaus has finally landed in Providence for 4 nights (Dec4-7th, 2025). There's a fee to get in (around $28pp)...which I think it's a bit steep for something that you can see from the sidewalk for free. It's a world of shapes, light, and wonder. Pneufest is a family-friendly event that brings together the most popular soft sculptures from Pneuhaus with amazing DJs and holiday drinks from Stay Silent. Just 4 nights.....

The public art project is based in the 195 District Park filled with colorful lights. It's the first time the art exhibit - which has toured the world many times before - has come to Rhode Island. The prism exhibits are mobile, so anyone can turn and see the lights refract out....also there are wind chimes inside the prisms so they churn out a melody as the exhibit moves... Throughout this month long festival, there will be special events such as a light parade, skating performances (with dance parties), lectures and dining specials at selected restaurants. At the 195 District Park, the festival's visual anchor is an exhibit called "Prismatica" - 25 prisms that refract any number of a rainbow of colors at you depending on where you stand. So we did that. We got sitters for our child and switched around our work schedules. when we got to the stadium, the tickets were invalid. so we went back to ticket one and the owner Paul was very rude to us and I quote stated "well that isnt my problem what would you like me to do?" so my boyfriend said nicely we would like a refund since we didnt get to go. and the owner refused and got really mad at us WHEN IT WAS HIS FAULT. not only that, he started yelling at the girl that was working with him saying that she needs to "get a f***** grasp at whats going on here and call the venue to see why they didnt get in" I was absolutely astonished. Please do not visit this business, not only is it a scam, Paul is the most rude and ignorant person I ever met.
