This care center has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. First, my mother's space in the…read morehospice was dirty and staff was barely engaged. And then, to top it all off, after my mother passed away, on July 1st I was told I would be getting a refund of $8000. Since that time, I have called multiple times and I cannot get anyone to answer the phone in billing. Every time I call, the voicemail is full, and no one answers. It has been nearly four months, and I have received no payment and no way to contact anyone about it. It's a terrible place.

I started working with Kyle when he was a first-year intern at CMU. I came to the table distrusting…read moreand generally aggressive but knew I needed help managing the stressors of a demanding major and the general anxieties of being a college student. I was looking to quickly address my issues and move on. What I found instead was a place where I was seen for who I truly am, allowed to be whatever I needed to be, and always met with unconditional kindness. After nearly nine years of working together, Kyle helped me overcome far more than just the challenges of my undergrad. I'm not an easy client and typically resistant to help in any form but Kyle quickly figured out how to ask the right questions and offer the best advice while still flying under my radar. If you're looking for someone who can deliver DBT without the cheesy skills worksheets, he's your guy. More than that, Kyle really cares about you. Not what you or others think you should be, not what society expects, none of that, just you. Whether it's your identity, job, relationships, whatever the problem, he will sit with and help you through it. Kyle brings to the table a lifetime of lived and professional experience that gives him an edge over any other clinician I've worked with. If you are on the market for someone with a clinically sound approach that drops the pretenses of "normal" therapeutic work: someone who can handle anything you throw at them, laugh with you, cry with you, tell you how it really is, then I cannot recommend Kyle enough. I found the safest place I have ever known in Kyle's office and perhaps you will too.

This is an office in a strip mall. Office manager is abrupt and not warm. Their UL tech and…read moreaccountant are lovely people. My experience with the staff is there is high turnover. When in depth questions were asked, one staff member rolled her eyes when I had concerns over cost discussions. I had concerns about surgery. A person should be able to feel free to have questions answered. When I advised my observations about the Clinic caring more about income than patient care, this did not go over well. When asked if I wanted to complete the surgery, I said I needed to consider. The doctor told me he would not perform it. I made the correct choice not staying with this Clinic. I saw another XV doctor who ensured the surgery would be of benefit by having me wear compression stockings for a month to ensure the surgery would be of benefit. This Clinic said most don't wear as prescribed so we would forgo and move direct to surgery. I wish this Clinic well, but I made the correct choice to seek this type of care elsewhere. I've heard rave reviews about their cosmetic work though.

She carefully explained what she was going to do, how it would feel, and what I could expect in the weeks afterwards. She is careful, precise, and clearly experienced.
