EDIT: Issue resolved but standing by what I said…read more Front office didn't send me any material, links, or contact info about the therapist I had my appointment with. Called numerous offices and nobody would pick up the phone to give me the information I needed. Ended up sending out a Hail Mary email to what I thought my therapists' email probably was, was right, and got set up 15 minutes before my first session started. I had 2 online sessions with Jenny Beaucamp. She showed up to each session 10 minutes late and ended each session 10 minutes early. We had a few good conversations, but also talks where she was not paying attention, saying nothing but "yeah" continuously and changing the subject after so as not to focus on the fact that she wasn't paying attention. She felt dismissive and uninterested and I felt unheard. I was 15 minutes late to our third session. I apologized, but was hoping to get underway regardless since she had been late to our previous sessions. Instead, she waited an hour to let me know I'd missed our appointment. I let her know I was there, but she was quick to point out that I was past the 10 minute mark and that if I wanted to find another therapist I was free to do so. I brought up a problem I am having and instead of trying to help me resolve or understand it, she recommends I just get a new therapist. So I guess I will.

His first and last session, she was…read moreonline with him for about 8-13 minutes, my son comes downstairs and says that the session is over and that the counselor he saw that day was not going to see him anymore. I asked him why? He said that while he was talking to her she asked him what was going to be a good time to see her, he said Saturdays, she told him "I can't do Saturdays" told him that the session was over and that he was going to start seen a new counselor/therapist that works on Saturday. I called them immediately after and told them what happened. They apologized and said that she was not supposed to ask him about the schedule since he is a underage kid, I told them that I as the parent had already discussed the times he was going to be able to meet with her which were Friday's. Again they apologized and said that they would not charge for the session since the counselor prematurely ended the session at 13 minutes. After that call I never heard back from thrive-works, not even to help me find a new therapist/counselor. After almost a month I finally hear back from them via text saying I need to pay for the session, they are charging me $99 for the 13 minute session. I called them after I received the text and spoke to a different agent, she said that the meeting was not 13 minutes that it was 20 minutes, I asked for the zoom recording to confirm the length of the session. Stated that I need to email them a request to release medical records, but that they were still going to charge me regardless. Please Stay away from this company. Not very professional and they don't seem to care about their patients. Seems to me that Ms. Miracle my sons counselor/therapist who had the session with my son that day just wanted to get off the zoom meeting and get on with her Friday, she probably had somewhere to be. Here is the information I was given on todays call by Mrs.Illane.
