I went in to buy a slushie and he told me about all of the new flavors and gave me his personal recommendations. He offered me samples and joked around with me as I taste tested. When I apologized that I had no cash for a tip he said he doesn't work for tips. He was just happy to help me. He shook my hand and said he was happy to meet me. And wished me a great day. I was determined though and found $1.50 in coins and two free drink tokens for the Alliance Fire Hall in my purse to offer him. LOL I hope to run into him there to thank him again. GREAT STAFF! Friday night, finished dinner and one of the patrons mentioned he had to run across the street to get his ice cream "fix"! So, after dinner, we walked over and ordered some chocolate /vanilla ice cream and a dish of salted caramel. It tasted rich, creamy and full of flavor. Awesome. The store offers plenty of snacking merchandise plus a deli, and a grill for hot sandwiches for a great food stop along Kunkletown Road tucked back below the Blue Mountains.

It has always felt unwelcoming and overall uncomfortable. Wait times are outrageous and the drinks are sub par. My last experience I waited over 30 minutes to be served at the bar. This is unacceptable to me because I had been sitting there much longer than most of the people who were served. I felt unwanted and I will not be coming back.

They've clearly expanded over the years since I moved away and have pool tables and lots of places to sit. They have an extensive beer list and also several ciders and meads on draft.
