I've noticed that a few liquor stores are beside a Giant Eagle in this area... Which is obviously a great idea. Anyways, this is a great, small, convenient store. Compared to other Wine and Spirit stores this is medium sized. Its not very wide but it is deep. They carry a decent variety but not a huge selection of wines like the Wexford or Cranberry stores. I am not too sure on the liquor part as I only usually buy wine or gin. This store is newly remodeled so it looks very nice and new on this inside. It is always kept bright and clean. Staff is always friendly, joking around, or giving pointers on drinks / alcohol. They always check I.D. which I actually like. I think that's important and I have been to stores before where they haven't and they should have.

My attempts to clarify this discrepancy and resolve the matter directly with your team proved to be a deeply frustrating ordeal. After providing my name and contact details, my subsequent calls to your store were repeatedly ignored. It was only when I resorted to dialing from an unlisted number that my call was eventually answered. During this conversation, I was initially informed that no manager was present on site. Yet, as my growing frustration with the conflicting information and lack of accountability became apparent, a manager was then inexplicably made available. This individual, rather than addressing my concerns professionally, terminated the call abruptly by hanging up on me. This entire sequence of events--from the conflicting return policies and the deliberate avoidance of my calls to the outright disrespect demonstrated by a member of your management team--is utterly unacceptable. You might even stumble upon something new to you! Last week when my boyfriend and I went to get a bottle of holiday cheer, we were greeted by a woman in the front of the store offering samples. Never before have I seen sampling in the actual liquor store, but I won't question a good thing! She had three types of whiskey and one vodka. One of the whiskeys was Kinsey Whiskey which is 10 years aged. If you like whiskey, give it a shot (literally). Located in the Robinson Town Center, this Wine & Spirits is easy to find. If you're a wine drinker, this will be your new favorite store. Truthfully, I haven't explored much of the back wine section, but there are a ton of different wines there. Another positive is that the deals are often better than the usual $2 or $3 off a bottle, as I've seen several bottles on sale for up to $5 off. The store is gigantic and I feel like if you don't find something you like here you might not find it anywhere.
