He has been challenged academically and has been cared for and nurtured there. The amount of support that I had from both the teachers and the administration were superb and even unexpected. He adores all his teachers and all staff, they are caring and more than fair. I love that ABBS is a smaller school, they really get to know all the kids and parents have an easy access to all teachers and staff. Although we all loved and miss Miss Marshall, the new Principal, Miss Freeman has brought in so many positive ideas and excitement into the school. If you are considering ABBS look no further. Oh I also have to say that although we love every teacher at the school, I must specifically mention Miss A. since she has been my son's homeroom teacher for the past two years and had to put up with us on regular basis. Miss A is the perfect combination of fun but a teacher that keeps her class in order and focused, we simply will miss her terribly!

Both of my sons took Kaplan - the first because we didn't know better and the second because it fit into his lacrosse practice schedule. Not only did the course provide little to no proof it helped raise either son's scores, but they just really made me angry by refusing to provide answers to a practice test left over from his Kaplan-provided SAT book. That being said, son #2 took the PrepExpert SAT prep class over the summer and raised his SAT score by 160 points. So not only is Kaplan a crappy prep course, they have lousy customer service skills, too.

My two kids currently attend the in person sessions on Sundays and they love learning Chinese at CLSC. They look forward to seeing their friends and teachers each week.
