We are here in "shoulder season" between the ski lifts closing and spring activity opening up. The staff at Lake Condominiums have not been helpful or kind. We have issues with our TV and it wasn't addressed after talking to the front office. The overall lack of knowledge around the area was equally challenging to work through- the office offered no suggestions on places to eat, things to do, ideas for a fun vacation. The wildlife and views are incredible, and worth the trip, but don't expect much of anything from the condos except a decent place to sleep, cook, and relax.

Despite our complicated property needs, in a very tight real estate market, she worked diligently to find us the perfect property. Her knowledge of the area and professional connections made the buying process organized and straightforward. She kept in constant contact throughout and was always in command of the buying process. Despite the demands of a very busy housing market, Joyce kept things moving forward quickly, with the needed inspections, and professional services. Her knowledge was unsurpassed and her warm, upbeat personality made her a pleasure to work with. I would definitely work with her again and recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

More importantly, Joyce is as sincere and genuine as they come. I highly recommend Joyce.

First time visiting Big Sky, we are so glad we chose Village Center!! The location cannot be beat,…read morethe property is basically on the ski slope. They have ski valet on the 2nd floor, where they store your skis. Every morning, we took the elevator down to the 2nd floor and we were ready to ski down to Swift Current or Ramcharger chairs. We loved our room - we stayed on the 4th floor, mountain side. The room was nicely appointed and very comfortable. I loved the fireplace! (hubs thought it made the room too hot, lol). The staff was super nice and friendly. Check in process was a little bit confusing until the nice bellman at the Huntley Hotel explained to me how it worked. Basically, you cannot drive your own car to Village Center because it's located on a restricted access road. Here is how it works: drive up to the Huntley entrance and tell the bellman you are checking into Village Center. They will transfer all of your luggage into one of their resort vehicles and you will follow the resort vehicle to the parking lot where you will park your car. Then the resort vehicle will drive you to Village Center. You check in at Village Center. We loved skiing in Big Sky! We will definitely come back and stay at Village Center.

We called management and they then disclosed that the owners friends decided to come to the home early and they couldn't kick them out due to the home already being rented. Management then said we had to find a new rental (this was literally upon arrival without telling us ahead of time). Like hell my friends and I were going to book another property through Ascend. We scrambled and found another home like I said previously "day of" that would accommodate us for our trip. Ascend ended up paying us back the money but they should have also paid for our new rental as it was appalling that we had to scramble to find new accommodations upon arriving at their trashed rental property that we were supposed to be staying in.
