Considering the prices, you should never feel rushed to get out of the restaurant. Long wait times on beverages (20+ minutes) and food (60+ minutes) does not make it easy when the next guests are already waiting for your table. The reservation schedule for the table should not be that tight, considering that the service is so slow. Unfortunately, during our last dinner, the waitress poured the entire tray of red wine for the table next to us over me. Luckily, she gave me some tissues. Who needs an apology, offer to pay for the cleaning, or maybe even a dessert on the house as a regular customer.

You can tell that they take pride in their food and I was very happy I stopped here. If I had one (very small) complaint it would be that the Asparagus was a bit undercooked but that is how most chefs serve it. Next time I will ask for well done on the Asparagus. There's not much of a waiting area inside the restaurant because they are taking full advantage of every square inch to fill it with chairs and tables. Most of us were too tired to really eat a lot of meat, so four of us shared a tomahawk steak cooked medium because it was too thick for a medium rare sear. I'm glad that it wasn't overcooked. The wine selection was fantastic, but the side of truffle mashed potatoes was the star of the show.
